Conrad Singapore Marina Bay in Singapore

From start to finish, the experience was seamless, and the level of hospitality made me feel incredibly welcome and well-attended to throughout my visit.
My room was impressively spacious, impeccably clean, and featured excellent amenities that made relaxing after a day of exploring very easy.
The service across the hotel is truly excellent, but the concierge team deserves a special mention for their brilliant support. I am particularly grateful to Zahir for his exceptional care. His professionalism and warmth made a huge difference to my trip; he went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Promenade MRT station. Getting to Universal Studios and the S.E.A. Aquarium on Sentosa takes about 50 minutes, requiring 3 transfers, but none of the rides are very long. The Merlion statue is about a 10-15 minute walk away, and Marina Bay Sands is right across from it. The breakfast spread is excellent; I especially enjoyed the salmon and bagels. Plus, bus route 36 goes directly to all airport terminals from the hotel.

Drove to the entrance and staff helped with picking up my bags and luggages and ensured they were sent to the room after we checked in.
Requested for a change of room and the staff immediately assisted without questioning. We had a Twin View Room.
Kai received us at the entrance and made us felt welcomed and ensured checking in went smoothly. Again, he was there when we were checking out and assisted us with express check out assuring us that the bills would be settled correctly and receipt emailed to me.
The room was clean when we checked in and the service staff ensured they were taken care of during the 2 days stay.

We stayed at Conrad hotel Marina Bay in Singapore last week the 4 nights we stayed were fantastic.
The hotel is located perfectly for discovering Singapore city, the MRT was a 2 min walk which made getting around simple.
The staff were amazing, extremely polite and welcoming, always friendly.
The hotel itself is luxury, the room sizes are extremely generous and elegant.
The pool area was great, immaculately clean and pool service available.
The buffet breakfast was top draw, so much choice and standard was great.
A special mention to Tweet, who looked after us each morning as we have a child with a nut and sesame allergy, she arranged a special noodle dish each morning for us which made our daughter feel special.
I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone that comes to Singapore.

We held our wedding reception at The Pavilion at Conrad, and it was one of the best decisions we made for our big day!

We would like to extend our sincerest thanks to Christopher, Dave, and the entire team for making our wedding such a smooth and memorable one.

We felt incredibly lucky and blessed to have Christopher as our Wedding Manager. His passion for the industry truly shines through in his work. He was extremely patient in addressing our many questions, always on the ball, and consistently responsive, even outside office hours, which gave us great reassurance in holding our wedding at Conrad. He also went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, such as arranging an early check-in, which greatly helped with our logistics planning. We truly appreciate his professionalism, candour, and genuine dedication.

We only met Dave on the day of the reception, but he left a very lasting impression on us. He was incredibly attentive and dedicated throughout the day. One moment that deeply touched me was when Dave knelt down to fluff every gown as I walked in, something I only realised later when watching videos taken by our friends. Thank you for going above and beyond your role and for ensuring everything ran smoothly during the reception.

We would also like to commend the concierge staff, who were incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted us with printing our speeches and other last-minute requests, which we truly appreciated during such a hectic day.

The service was excellent. From the moment we stepped in, the concierge and front desk staff displayed the professionalism expected of a five-star hotel. The subsequent room cleaning and in-room dining services were also very satisfying. 👍🏻

The room facilities were all very well-maintained, and there were plenty of snacks and drinks provided inside.

The location in the heart of Binhai was superb, surrounded by shopping districts and very convenient for transportation.

Great service and great amenities.. view of maruna blocked by pan pacific .. other than that hotel is central and easy to access CBD area. Room very spacious and lovely bathtub
