This hotel is right next to the subway, making travel very convenient. At noon, there were many staff in the lobby helping with check-in and check-out, and they were all very friendly. I stayed for 4 nights, and communication was seamless as everyone spoke fluent Chinese.

The twin beds, at 1.37 meters each, are perfect for families. It's very quiet, so we slept exceptionally well. The location is absolutely fantastic, right by the City Hall subway exit, making it incredibly convenient for getting around.

The hygiene was poor, and the air conditioning temperature limit was very inconvenient. The hotel pool was under renovation. The main issue was the uncomfortable air conditioning; I couldn't even get it cool enough, as the lowest setting was 21 degrees.

Paid for the Marina Bay view and totally worth it. Nothing beats waking up to such a nice view and going to bed with the Singapore landscape and night lights. The room is spacious and comfortable. Simple toiletries and amenities.
One thing that needs to be improved is the kerb/slope between the bathroom and room. Almost slip on a few occasions while wearing bedroom slippers. Very very dangerous for young kids and elderlies. Per haps can consider putting nonslip glue lines to make sure people dont slip and fall.

Great location! The hotel is right above an MRT station and Raffles City, which has Ya Kun Kaya Toast and many other restaurants. It's also within walking distance to Merlion Park, Marina Bay Sands Shoppes, and Suntec City for the Duck Tours. The room balcony offers a pretty good view of Marina Bay.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Everything from the initial check-in experience to the checkout experience was phenomenal. The staff were all so courteous and friendly. This location is perfectly situated in the middle of malls, restaurants, and shops. The views were spectacular and even though the larger pool was undergoing maintenance, it was an enjoyable pool experience for the kids. I cannot recommend this location enough, I plan on returning soon for another vacation.

Huge thanks to DeepSeek for recommending this hotel! Its location is incredibly convenient. You just take the elevator up from MRT Exit A, go through the glass door on your right, and you're there! Getting here from the airport was a breeze too, just a direct ride on the Green Line.

There are shared bicycles right downstairs, which saved me a lot of walking to nearby attractions. Cycling along the Singapore River was such a chill and pleasant experience. Many popular photo spots are within easy walking distance. You can even spot the hotel's distinctive round building from Merlion Park, and I heard it was designed by the renowned architect I.M. Pei!

The hotel is connected to Raffles City shopping mall, with a fantastic food court on the basement level. You'll find favorites like Ya Kun Kaya Toast and Toast Box right there. It was super easy to pick up souvenirs like pandan cake, Bee Cheng Hiang bak kwa, and chocolates downstairs as well.

I was given a high-floor room with a balcony, and the view was absolutely incredible! Watching the sunrise in the morning and the city lights at night was simply unbeatable. As for the room facilities, they were standard for a five-star hotel – comfortable and everything you'd expect. Plus, they kindly extended my check-out time to 1 PM, which was a huge bonus. I'm extremely satisfied with my choice of hotel; it definitely enhanced my trip to Singapore. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel room has a great view, you can see both the sea and the city. The location is excellent, you can pretty much walk to many attractions. The tea bags provided by the hotel are also very good, and they replenish them daily after you've used them. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends next time.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right above Raffles City, with super convenient access to the MRT and buses. Downstairs, there are tons of famous local eateries, like Ya Kun Kaya Toast. All the services are really well-regulated, and the concierge staff, especially the handsome foreign gentleman, was so enthusiastic and helpful. Thumbs up! 👍

Restaurant with good view and service but the steak is just pathetic. Not worth the price at all.

Food was ok but service was a let down. Went on a week day for a special dinner with a guest visiting from abroad. Caucasian male staff was too keen on clearing our table even b4 we had finished our meal and sides.Restaurant was not even half full. Absurb service. I dun mind the price or the food quality but sorely dissappointed with service. I'll never patronize this place nor recommend it to any other.

I ordered my steak at 8.17pm

My lobster bisque came at 8.45pm

The ravioli came at 9.15pm. (They took an hour to cook 9 pieces.)

Now it's 9.30pm and my steak has yet to come.

Update: 9.37pm and my steak has arrived! 8/10 quality sirloin beef steak.

Longest wait ever. Saving grace was one of our waiters who was polite, friendly and apologised. Made the wait bearable. Sadly, the other was nonchalant and did not even comment about the long wait.

Kudos to the waiter who saved the day.

Maybe I'm grumpy and I should be. Been to many steak houses in many cities. This has got to be the worse ever. For the price, quality, service go elsewhere. Morton's, Cut, anywhere.

Saw the chef take a steak out of the frig, unwrap the plastic wrap, smell it then toss it into the garbage. I should have left right there.

Won't go too wrong if you seek to taste the aunthetic chinese restaurant in town. Served Cantonese style cuisine and located at Chijmes - old convent monestary. Try their drinker prawn, roasted pork, Peking duck and soup. They have private room and reasonable choices of wine too. Easy parking at B2 and nice ambience for dinner.

The food is nice; up-scale Chinese restaurant quality. The pork belly was really well done. The reason for the three stars is the service quality. Now I get that Mandarin is not my forte and I'm sorry if I can't read nor speak Mandarin at your level. But when the waitress starts avoiding orders altogether because we can't speak Mandarin in a Chinese restaurant; we have a problem. The communication was so abysmal I actually learned a new word for Lobster.. = Lorrister. Now THAT was quality entertainment.. it was a really nice lorrister tho ? I prolly should've double checked with that waitress if she meant lorrister with double r or single ?
