Love the spa. The lady was quite well trained with good strokes and firm hands, gave a really good massage.
The executive lounge is nice with afternoon cocktail and extensive selection of food from 17:30. With the food, I think you can even skip your dinner. That being said, it is kinda weird that before 14:30. There is almost zero snacks. There were some nuts in the jar, but when my friend wants to take some, a staff stopped him and said he can only take after 14:30, which seems really inflexible (given it's just some nuts).
For breakfast, if your room grants you access to the lounge, you can only eat at the lounge. Eating at the main restaurant would require additional 24 dollars per person, which is rather odd as most places would allow suite guests to eat at either one of the places.
Overall still an enjoyable stay.
The hotel is located in one of the best spots in Singapore – super convenient and a great area to be based in. The gym was very good, well equipped, and easy to use throughout the stay.

Breakfast was excellent, and the staff really looked after me well. The Club Lounge service was also outstanding throughout the stay.
I checked in on New Year’s Eve. While I didn’t receive an upgrade for the first three days, the team did upgrade my room after that, which I appreciated. On arrival, I was also surprised with a magical birthday cake – completely dairy-free, egg-free, gluten-free, nut-free, and sugar-free. Absolutely spectacular. The fruit selection was superb as well.
A massive shout-out to the entire JW Marriott South Beach team. Thank you for the care, attention, and warmth shown during my stay. I’ll definitely be back in the future.

My lobster bisque came at 8.45pm
The ravioli came at 9.15pm. (They took an hour to cook 9 pieces.)
Now it's 9.30pm and my steak has yet to come.
Update: 9.37pm and my steak has arrived! 8/10 quality sirloin beef steak.
Longest wait ever. Saving grace was one of our waiters who was polite, friendly and apologised. Made the wait bearable. Sadly, the other was nonchalant and did not even comment about the long wait.
Kudos to the waiter who saved the day.
Saw the chef take a steak out of the frig, unwrap the plastic wrap, smell it then toss it into the garbage. I should have left right there.
This place is lonely & peaceful. Nothing to complain about.
Wall sockets did not work with my travel adaptor.
WiFi is free, but has a signup page and will require you to signup again every hour.
Good for group gathering as it's specious and not very expensive comparing with other Thai food restaurant.
