I love their breakfast and the staffs are always very friendly and welcoming the guests either beautiful smiles on their faces 😀 . Room is always tidy and comfortable always ready for the guests … Free upgrade on my first visit during Xmas eve.

The hotel boasts an elegant ambiance and attentive service. The rooms are spotless and the beds are wonderfully soft and comfortable. Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transportation and dining options nearby. Highly recommended! 🌟

The hotel's location is right in the heart of Orchard Road, surrounded by large shopping malls. It's about a 10-12 minute walk to the MRT station, as you need to cross the street and wait for traffic lights. The hotel isn't cheap, likely due to its prime location. PALAGON is directly opposite, and the Hilton is right across the street.
The restaurant on the 4th floor is a bit pricey for dinner; around S$60+ per person didn't quite fill me up. Overall, I'd still consider staying here again.

Facilities: The hotel appears to have opened only a few years ago, so the facilities are relatively new. The lobby on the first floor and the restaurant on the fourth floor are both very nice, though they feel a little small. Room facilities are also fine, but water tends to overflow a bit from the shower.
Cleanliness: Good, no complaints.
Service: The staff are all very friendly. Some restaurant staff speak Chinese, but it seems the front desk staff do not.

This was my second stay at the Pullman Singapore Orchard, and it was truly comfortable.
The location is very convenient.
The room was clean and stylish, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable for a good night's sleep.
The service was professional yet unobtrusive, making it the kind of hotel where you can really relax, slow down, and get some proper rest.

Booked 3D2N staycay for my child and her friend. Generally Pullman rocked the youthful vibes in the common areas. Service staff are polite.

Hotel is small, with basic facilities, and well located between two MRT stations - Somerset and Orchard. No sheltered connection to next building, please bring umbrella.

Room was quite disappointing as it looks dated, and very far off from the vibe in the common area. Aside from the aesthetics, we did not stay the 2nd night as my daughter and her friend were sneezing and had hives after the first night. May be down to dust etc.

For the price, the room definitely could be better.

Came at 3pm and it was very empty, so the ambience was really nice and the view of orchard is quite good too. Food was standard sushi tei fare. Tried the unagi with tea rice and that was not bad, but wouldn’t try it again as the unagi serving was small.

I will say this outlet has the best ambience. Not too sure if the food also taste better due to the ambience. Many regular staffs around. They can be understaffed at times but the food and ambience make up for it.

Eat there at your own risk. Worth less than a star. I got food poisoning after consumed the food there. Not worth for your money. The worst buffet I ever had. Still have to queue eventhough reservation has made. First and last time to be there.
