Had a great experience of staying. The property 'looks' old on picture, but it's definitely well maintained when you see in person. Stayed at newly renovated room with balcony. Room is spacious, clean & nice, for elderly might found difficulty of having to climb the bath tub for shower since it's quite high. The staffs are helpful & friendly which is a plus point. The breakfast option is quite limited, mostly western breakfast, bread/pastry, congee and soy milk. I don't eat much for breakfast so it isn't big deal, but if you lean towards more local/asian breakfast, better just get breakfast outside. Definitely consider to come back on my next visit to SG.

A very unique hotel with a very strong UK heritage vibe. Suppose to be a staycation but it gave a feeling of being oversea.
Conveniently located at the Orchard Road prime area and offer great value for a 5 star hotel.

The staff here are really friendly and go out of their way to make us feel comfortable . The hotel is like an old colonial building and sometimes the room numbers may be abit confusing . But it was still not so bad finding our way around the corridor ! Lol !

The location is good along scotts road right next to far east plaza .

Overall a nice and cosy trip for me and my family !

This was my first stay here, chosen for its Orchard Road location due to a business event. My flight was delayed, so I arrived around 2 AM, but someone was still there to help with my luggage, and check-in was very quick. The breakfast was great, a good mix of Eastern and Western options. The hotel also offered afternoon tea, which I unfortunately couldn't enjoy this time due to my busy schedule. I'll definitely try to make time for it on my next visit. The room was surprisingly spacious, even larger than some suites I've booked before. I haven't had a chance to use the other facilities yet, but I'm looking forward to exploring them next time!

If you enter this hotel through the side entrance, you'll need to carry your luggage up a short flight of stairs. I highly recommend finding the main entrance for easier access. The hotel actually has relatively few rooms, which means many shared facilities are very convenient to use. For example, you'll hardly ever see other guests when using the elevator or the swimming pool. Although the hotel doesn't look brand new, the amenities are very complete, and the TV is quite large. Overall, it was a great experience. There are many plants and flowers inside the hotel, but surprisingly, no mosquitoes or insects.

The front office manager Jimmy helped us to move from York hotel to Goodwood Park hotel. The room is spacious with 2floors, kitchen, laundry etc. 👍 Local food and service at “Coffee Lounge” is great 👍

The passenger lift is very far from room and hard to find i I will get lost for first timer no signage
As only one small lift if peak period difficulty to take.
Room is spacious with balcony and amenities is basic toiletries.

Nice hotel, located in the Orchard area, very convenient. The room was spacious, nice bathroom. Bed: king-size, good, but I prefer soft mattress and the pillows were nice, but I would prefer a set of 1 firmer and 1 softer. Air-conditioning control worked very well, I was able to select the room temperature to my preference.
Facilities: large pool. Gym good enough: had 3 cable machine stations, complete dumbells rack with 1 bench, and 2 (or 3?) treadmills. Had breakfast at Coffee Lounge restaurant at the hotel, and the buffet had a wide selection of Western, Chinese, and local food. Had dinner at Coffee Lounge restaurant.Took the 4-course, not a complaint, just that the tenderloin in the menu was replaced by rump steak. Aside from that all was quite good. I didn't ask, but they gave me a discount for that...

I had a pleasant staycation at Goodwood Park Hotel. The branding remains strong, and it was reassuring to see many long-serving staff, which speaks well of the hotel’s established reputation and service culture.

While the open-air carpark feels a little dated, it is understandable given the hotel’s heritage, and it appears that upgrades may be planned in time. The location is slightly set in, which makes the pricing reasonable.

I stayed in one of the apartments—although they are older in style, they are well maintained and comfortable, making for an overall enjoyable and restful stay.

We went hear for the Michelin Star experience. The buffet is quite ordinary. The alacarte might have been better but the buffet definitely does not justify the price. Soup was also not served hot in the buffet.

The lunch buffet here is amazing. The starters will fill you up, so eat lightly before starting the buffet. Amazing food!

Very good desserts! Not that crowded anymore, perhaps due to the appearance of other desert joints in the same mall. But nonetheless, the quality of their food has remained consistent. Prices are typical of those charged in town, tending towards the high side. Good quiet environment to hide away from the crowd.

Delicious croissant aux amandes, the Monge which is a best seller is so-so. Also they don't have enough selection in the bakery which is a pity.

The choice of food is limited. Had the Madelines and the squid ink salmon burger. The food was fine. They offer value meals or combos with dessert and drink, but will not give you the discounted price if you decline to take the drink and offer to pay the full price anyways, kind of weird. Not the most pleasant experience with the staff.

Resist the urge to buy a croissant in the afternoon or evening...(normally they're baked in the morning). Despite knowing better I still purchased one after 7pm, which was unsurprisingly stale tasting. ?
