The room is quite spacious and has a window. It comes with an ironing board, and the drinks in the fridge are complimentary. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, which is convenient for grabbing necessities

The gym was good, just closed too early. Breakfast was also quite nice, not sure if it was Indian style or something else, but there were plenty of choices

The bath towels they supposedly replaced also repeatedly had dirty marks. Sometimes it was black stains, other times tangled hair. I didn't take photos; it was too disgusting, and I was afraid of contaminating my phone

The itching was truly unbearable, and with no medicine, I had to endure it through the night. On the fourth day, I didn't let them clean the bed, fearing they might make it dirty while working

The transportation is also excellent; there's a bus stop right outside with direct routes to Merlion Park and VivoCity. The MRT station is about a 5-minute walk away

The facilities were well-maintained. Whether for a vacation or a short stay, you can feel the five-star quality. It offers excellent value for money, and I will definitely come back next time!

I had to go to the school's opening ceremony in the morning and quickly left my luggage at the front desk for storage. It was a shame I couldn't even take a shower when I rushed back at noon 😢

The breakfast area on the 7th floor is a real highlight with great views of the famous Interlace building across the road. Europeans and Koreans particularly seem to love this hotel

Good location & good service…but The elevators are not clean, they are noisy, sometimes the room cards don't work very well in the elevator, they need to be fixed.

A little pricey but I’ve no complaints about the hotel. Complimentary drinks (3 soft drinks + 1 beer + 2 water) and snacks (2 small packs) in the hotel room

But they did give me two drink vouchers for the 25th-floor bar. Secondly, as soon as you step out of the elevator, there's a strange damp smell. Room hygiene was just okay; the floor was a bit sticky to walk on

I booked a twin room, but they gave us a king room instead, saying they had no other rooms available and couldn't switch it for us even though we booked for three days. They really need to improve their customer service
