The Laurus, a Luxury Collection Resort, Singapore in Singapore

The hotel is quiet and luxury. The room is comfortable and spacious. I booked two nights. The bedroom air conditioner of the first night is a bit hot due to the temperature rises at midnight. After reflecting the problem, the staff promptly changes another room to me. Especially thanks to staff Victor who assist us for the procedure. The swimming pool is beautiful. The breakfast is not the type of buffet with great variety of food but the quality is high especially the coffee. Restaurant staff very nice and pleasant. Also the hotel is very near to Universal studios and is very convenient to all eating restaurants. All and all, a very good stay here as vacation. Highly recommended.

The spacious, beautifully designed room offered a perfect balance of comfort and understated luxury. The hotel is themed around luxury and offers excellent service, but some details make it feel less cost-effective. For example, it didn't even provide phone charging facilities. As a newly opened hotel, it needs to improve in this area.

After leaving the Maldives and our five-star resort, I was convinced the trip could only go downhill. Then we checked into The Laurus Hotel, Singapore—and everything changed. I discovered we could, in fact, spend one more day in paradise. We arrived late and tired, but by morning the hotel and we had come alive through its extraordinary service. Amalina gave us a personal tour of the lobby and its art, explaining how each piece connects to Singapore’s history and people. The hotel itself is a masterpiece, designed by P49 Deesign, where every material, light, and texture feels deliberate and refined. Our room was spacious, elegant, and flawlessly functional—true five-star luxury without a hint of excess. The pool was equally impressive: tranquil, palm-lined, and perfectly attended by Hassan and Ashraf, who seemed to anticipate every need before we could ask. At breakfast, Selina and Hafiz somehow appeared each time I reached for my teacup—I drank three times more tea than usual simply because their timing was so flawless. Breakfast was superb. Every staff member we met—Tiffany, Desiree, Vilia, and Shevendran—carried themselves with the polish and pride of a professional inspection. Shoes gleamed, shirts were pressed, postures straight. When we departed, several staff members gathered at the taxi to see us off with genuine warmth and perfect manners. Including Selina the hotel’s crowning jewel. Her warmth and sincerity made every encounter a delight, and we look forward to returning next year to see her once more. As exquisitely beautiful as The Laurus Hotel is, it was the staff who impressed us most. From housekeeping to the kitchen team, every greeting and every conversation felt sincere and heartfelt. They are the reason we’ll be returning—and staying longer next time. What an impression they made; they actually made me forget I had just left paradise. I had a wonderful stay at The Laurus Hotel Singapore. The hotel is new, stylish, and run by a young and energetic team. My room was impressively spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The outdoor swimming pool area is also a highlight — plenty of seating and a relaxing atmosphere. A special mention goes to Ms. Jackie, the Duty Manager, who truly made my stay memorable. She was engaging, knowledgeable, and shared great insights about the hotel as part of the pre-opening team. Even though we met late at night, her warm energy and genuine hospitality made me feel very welcome. Overall, a fantastic experience I’m looking forward to returning November. See ya

One of the best places to stay in Singapore! Great pool! Lots of amenities nearby! The rooms are spacious and clean! The staff is very friendly! They have a casino downstairs too! Always a good time and the beach is within walking distance! Hooray!
