My stay at the Sheraton this time far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I felt the thoughtful service. The doorman proactively helped with my luggage, and the front desk staff meticulously asked about my preferences and arranged a quiet, high-floor room. The room view was amazing, overlooking the city's beautiful scenery. The branded bathroom amenities were of high quality, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The hotel's restaurants offered a wide variety of cuisines, and the lobby bar's drinks were also very unique. The facilities were well-maintained. Whether for a vacation or a short stay, you can feel the five-star quality. It offers excellent value for money, and I will definitely come back next time!

When I checked in the reception guy by the name Vasu looked at my Sri Lankan passport and have a strange look. I have witnessed this from Tamils at times at some other hotels. This usually happens when these people look down on Sinhalese people due to the dark past that happened in Sri Lanka. Also the other fellow at the reception raised his voice and I told him to stop that. Apparently according to him it is his normal voice. Come on Sheraton ! You guys can do better than that. Have stayed at Sheraton properties in other countries and had no such experiences. I will never go back to this hotel again!

The location is excellent, very close to Newton MRT station, which makes getting around super convenient. However, the hotel is a bit old, and the facilities are dated. Even though the air conditioning runs 24/7, there's a strong musty smell. But then again, this hotel opened in 2011, so it's understandable. It's a classic five-star hotel.

I'm staying in Sheraton Towers Hotel for my 40th birthday. Elly the reception kindly offered me a birthday cake for my birthday. Hotel is spacious and clean. Location is excellent, 3 minutes to the mrt, 1 Station away from Orchart. Breakfast is alright with different of variety. The ***** noodle is excellent. Only the chief Kevin delivery to everyone except my order of sunny side up egg. The next day he claimed he was toothache and went for the doctor.

I booked the hotel for my son’s wedding , wedding was in the church but only stayed for few days. The hotel management was so sweet and prepared a surprising decoration for the new couple, it made them felt so special and loved!

It was a short stay. But the hotel room conditions are well maintained, though the furnitures are a bit old fashioned.

The service was excellent, and the breakfast spread was incredibly generous, with particularly fresh and delicious fruit. The location is fantastic, right next to the subway station, and the lobby's design is very Instagrammable.

I prefer somewhere quiet from Orchard, so the location is good for me. Next to Newton MRT is pretty convenient. But looking for food nearby in the morning and afternoon maybe not be convenient as there are no restaurants or hawkers or mall within walking distance. Need to take train.
The room furniture and toilet is old, but overall is still a nice stay. Lobby is nice.
I used to love the breakfast here, but the quality has dropped a lot. Even though the varieties have been reduced, the quality and taste of the breakfast should be maintained but that’s not the case. The queue at the Breakfast area can be very long which is frustrating and some foreign guests took opportunities to cut the queue when the staff was not at the counter.
The pool is quite big. Overall I would still recommend this hotel.
