I was truly impressed by the service at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely attentive and even gave two teddy bears to my daughters, which was a lovely gesture. I was genuinely delighted by the hospitality.
In addition, the hotel is very well located — we were able to walk to the Botanical Garden. The breakfast was wonderful, the hotel is stylish and elegant, and the gym is excellent, with all brand-new equipment.
I wish we had stayed much longer. An outstanding experience.

Had a Xmas staycation at St Regis this year, and the whole experience was top notch. First off, the stay started with warm afternoon tea and hot choc for the little one served at check in by the butler. The decor and furnishings were luxurious, and the recent renovations made obvious upgrades to that hotel luxury feel. The beds, sofa, mood lightings gave a warm and cosy feel to the staycation. Also of importance, the staff makes us feel like we are staying at home away from home, and we were very well taken care of throughout the stay. Overall a place i am eager to visit again! 👍🏻

The service was excellent, and the room layout was well-designed. The staff's attitude was fantastic. Breakfast was decent, but the restaurant service wasn't as good.

Fantastic staycation with excellent service. Room is huge as expected and we loved the filtered water system inroom. The only negative feedback is the breakfast at the newly opened Sophia. The epicurean omelette is dry and lacking of flavor. Selection is also mediocre, not what we would expect from the hotel. Hope this will be improved the next time we visit.

The air conditioning and air purification systems in the room were excellent, and the bed was huge, easily fitting three adults. The water temperature was perfectly adjusted. The mirror had a blurring effect and the lighting was very soft. The only downside was the lack of good audio equipment. Also, the front desk phone went unanswered after 10 PM.

All is well, hotel is busier than usual and service is not at tip top. Hope that customer loyalty is honoured thou it's not direct booking

The room is definitely the highlight, with both the bathroom and the room itself being very spacious, especially the bathroom. The breakfast spread is incredibly rich and definitely the best I've had at any hotel, perfectly suiting my taste. That's why I've stayed here on both of my consecutive trips to Singapore. However, the gym is quite small. Also, I was surprised to find that the hotel's omakase was actually a tempura omakase – first time experiencing that! Well, for those watching their calorie intake, you might want to choose carefully.

The room was quite clean. At checkout, I saw another guest ask for two small teddy bears, so I requested two for my children too. I also asked the front desk staff to credit one loyalty night to my account. She even took a photo, but when I checked later, the credit was never applied to my account.

Still not impressed by the service but the product selection continues to drastically improve. Real salt, coconut nectar, tamari travel packs, and GF pretzels, biscuits, crackers, and flours. This place has it all...except for service.

This shop is an absolute joke- terrible inventory, wayyy overpriced, but most of all- RUDE staff- not to mention clueless and idiotic. The place is always empty and now you know why. I would be surprised if it doesn't go out of business by the end of the year. To the management: your staff is useless and is losing you lots of business- wake up...

Was taking our time browsing thru the selection here with my sister. The store was relatively empty and we were the last ones to "shop and get out". The Indian male cashier was incredibly rude. Not only did he ask in a derogatory tone "Do you need any assistance?", To which I replied, "It's fine, we're just shopping".... He actually snuck up on us to spy on us sneakily while we were at the granola section. I could see his head popping out from the isle!!! And my sister and I were like WTF!?! Anyway, we bought the overpriced granola and left. Never coming back again! To the management, check your CCTV cameras for evidence. We were there on 20 Apr 2017 at lunch time! Brown Rice Paradise should be renamed Brown Rice Hellhole!

Amazing selection with many items I don't think you can get anywhere else in Singapore. Be prepared for some high prices though.
