It's located in Little India, surrounded by Indian people and shops. The room is clean and well-maintained. There's no peculiar smell in the hallway or the room. They satisfactorily accommodated a two-hour late check-out

It's conveniently located at the intersection of two metro lines, making transportation easy

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Serangoon. We stayed over Christmas and we loved the holiday touches that the hotel had. They offered my daughters candy canes and hats on Christmas Day

We loved being close to the MRT and being able to access different parts of town conveniently. We were within walking distance to a Hawker Center which is where we ate most of our meals

Great location to famous tourist spots nearby we were here for 3 days 2 nights and we were able to do everything we wanted in the time we had! Bus stop just outside hotel entrance and took us straight to chinatown too...

This is an older hotel, but its location is definitely a huge plus. It's super convenient for getting around by bus, and the subway is also very close by. Even catching a taxi from the hotel is a breeze

Environment: There's a bus stop right outside, which makes getting around very convenient. You can catch a bus to Universal Studios, Merlion Park, and Orchard Road

I found the room to be extremely clean, and housekeeping came to tidy up and refresh everything on the second day. I'm really happy with my stay

The only minor quibble, and this is for very picky guests, might be that the bathtub drains a bit slowly – your feet can get quite submerged if you're not careful!

Hygiene: The toilet and shower both had hair from the previous guest. I had to wipe everything down myself with alcohol swabs. Service: The front desk had staff who spoke Chinese and they were very enthusiastic

Fantastic experience to have spacious room in Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard! We enjoyed delicious breakfast here and appreciated the chef to prepare chicken porridge with well-matched condiments! On the night after checkout, we found MacBook was left in room! Called hotel and confirmed the cable was kept with house keeping

Short staycation for last min and we enjoyed our stay. Comfy bed, bathtub for the kids to play in (bath bomb from Donki nearby) with plenty of shopping and eatery near the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful

It is walking distance to the the malls at the orchard and there is also a small mall at the back where you can find Song Fa, a really delicious Bak Kut Teh place

Traveling solo to Singapore, I searched for accommodations and ultimately settled on this place – and I'm very happy with my choice! The entire apartment complex is actually located within a mall, which is super convenient, especially since a well-known breakfast spot is right there

The only minor inconvenience is that you have to take out your own trash. Every night, I heard fire truck sirens twice (I personally found it acceptable; for someone tired from traveling, it's not a big deal)

It's also very easy to catch a taxi right downstairs. The hotel is clean and the bed and pillows are really comfortable, making for a great night's sleep

The location is superb, the 9th floor was very quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was silent. It even had a smart toilet and a bedside smart touch screen to turn off lights with one touch

On arrival I had an exceptional experience by the concierge downstairs "Fred" who paid for my uber on arrival as I did not have currency and I know not many hotels would do this, he was kind to do this out of his own pocket until I was able to pay the hotel

The staff were friendly and approachable. Especially the Chinese uncle who brings the coffee, tea, sugar, creamer to the room, he will bring these items inside a paper bag which is presentable.

The air conditioner was noisy, and the hotel amenities were very limited; there wasn't even a comb. However, the hotel's location is good. Although the hotel is older, it doesn't feel outdated overall.

It was a good stay overall but there was a glitch for the room lights, which meant we slept with the lights on theoughout the night. We were compensated for it though and the service was good.

Luckily, my friend was with me to translate. And they also asked for a deposit, even though I had already paid for the room when I booked. It's really strange, and the deposit wasn't cheap
