M Hotel Singapore City Centre in Singapore

The hotel's location is pretty good. It's about a ten-minute walk to the subway station, and there are plenty of shopping malls, supermarkets, and food courts nearby. Transportation is also very convenient, as most places are just about ten minutes away. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The hotel is located in the heart of the financial district, within walking distance of Tanjong Pagar MRT station and Lau Pa Sat hawker center, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding food. After its 2016 renovation, the rooms now feature a separate working area. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor pool, a 24-hour fitness center, and a breakfast that offers a blend of diverse flavors.

I've booked many hotels through Ctrip, and most within my budget had small rooms, under 20 square meters. A big reason I chose M Hotel was its 30-square-meter rooms. Despite some less favorable reviews, I had a good stay and would recommend it to friends.

**Location:** Excellent. There's a bus stop right downstairs, and it's a 6-minute walk to the subway, making it super convenient to get to all the major attractions. A taxi from the airport takes about 20 minutes. Downstairs, there's a 7-Eleven and a McDonald's, and two hawker centers are within a 15-minute walk.

**Facilities:** They have everything you need. A big plus is not needing to bring a universal adapter; they provide multi-purpose sockets. There's also a water purifier, and you can boil hot water for drinks.

**Service:** Very responsive. I called for slippers, tissues, and trash collection. One night, it was noisy outside, and after I called, staff came up to intervene with the other room. The Chinese cleaning staff, both ladies and gentlemen, were very friendly and helpful.

**Emergency Response:** Quick. When a family member suddenly fell ill in the early morning, I sought help from the hotel. They immediately acted, helping us call an ambulance and a taxi, and even called the next day to check on us.

For my first trip to Singapore, this hotel was a blind booking that turned out to be very satisfying.

The location is fantastic for business travelers, as it's within a 10-minute walk to Maxwell Chambers and even closer to the MRT station, with plenty of bus stops nearby. The executive lounge offers drinks and food, which is a nice perk. Within a 5-minute radius, you'll find a 7-Eleven and two food courts, making daily necessities and dining very convenient. The room amenities are comprehensive, and there's even a sea (harbor) view to enjoy.

This is essentially a Millennium Hotel. The room is equipped with international sockets, so plugs from any country can be used directly – a huge plus! 🔌 The New Year's Eve bar offered unlimited drinks and a great atmosphere. It's also quite convenient, just a 15-minute walk to the Merlion and the big gatherings.

This is my second stay at M hotel, but I feel like the experience gap is huge compared to to last time visit. The room assign for me this time is small and the bed is no longer comfortable as last time. Just my personal opinion

I was stayin' few nites w my kids, not much complain for the hotel in general , except some of suggestion into consideration : 1) Maybe should provide &add water hose in the toilet --at least 1 shower hose or toilet hose. 2) Breakfast is alright but can be improve the variety & most importantly more freindly waitress during breafast time.

The room had a great view, but it wasn't soundproof at all. The staff even mentioned they're used to it, sometimes hearing noises like a pig being slaughtered. Breakfast was decent, and the surrounding area had convenient transportation. However, the lack of bottled water in the room was quite inconvenient.

Spoke to Cally to reserve a dinner buffet and to assist in prviding a complimentary birthday cake - kinnda last min request and booking. She did her close follow up and ensuring that my request is being made available. Superb customer service by Cally. Appreciate it much. Check-in is also very smooth. Love this hotel!
