The Westin Singapore in Singapore

I didn't take many photos of the hotel, but the environment was great, and the transportation was especially convenient. The subway entrance is right outside, and you can walk to the Merlion in about ten minutes, enjoying a stroll and taking pictures along the way. The hotel breakfast was decent, and my child enjoyed it.

Best accommodation ever in Singapore — the service was impeccable, the staff were warm and attentive, and the rooms were beautifully maintained. Truly a memorable stay that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the city.

The hotel's location is convenient; the rooms are clean and tidy; and the breakfast is abundant, with a great variety of delicious options.

Location is prime. Daily housekeeping is excellent. Breaking was wonderful. Great stay!

Pros:
Very clean hotel and room, smooth check in, great service attitude. Loved the cosy lighting in the room. Tv was able to use screen mirroring from phone to connect youtube/netflix. Hotel even provided a mini liquid balm for better sleep. Room also have wireless charging device.

Cons:
Bathroom was facing the pool and there were no curtains, only panels to cover the windows and there were gaps in between so i feel very insecure when showering. Hairdryer was mounted to wall and had to long press button for air to flow out. Shower heater was not working well in the morning, had to keep turning on and off the shower head before there was hot water.

Overall will consider to stay again if the price is good.

Loved my stay at The Westin Singapore! The room was super cozy with an amazing view. The infinity pool was a highlight, and the staff were really warm and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

It was our first time visiting The Westin Singapore, and we decided to book the Junior Suite to celebrate my partner’s birthday. The hotel lobby, located on Level 32, offered a stunning first impression — as soon as the lift doors opened, we were greeted by breathtaking views that set high expectations for the rest of our stay.

Unfortunately, things started to go downhill during check-in. The service at the front desk was rather underwhelming, especially for a 5-star establishment. Having experienced excellent hospitality at other Westin properties across Asia, we felt disappointed by the inconsistency in service standards, all the more given the higher room rates in Singapore.

The Junior Suite itself was spacious and clean. However, we felt that certain parts of the room could have been designed more efficiently — for instance, a powder room at the foyer area would have been a thoughtful addition and a sliding door between the bedroom and living room would be better. The Chromecast feature did not function as expected, and the television also seemed relatively small for the room’s size.

Do note that there is no afternoon tea offered at the Club Lounge. Evening cocktails are served from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with canapés available from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The selection of food and beverages was decent. A special mention must go to the Club Lounge team — Ben, Jullean, and Lina Kim — for their warm hospitality and attentiveness. Their genuine service and friendliness truly elevated our experience and were the saving grace of our stay.

We were not informed whether breakfast could be taken either at Seasonal Tastes or the Club Lounge, so we opted for the latter. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was rather underwhelming as well — the food variety was limited, and the taste was average at best.

Overall, there remains considerable room for improvement in service quality and consistency. For the price point, we felt that the experience fell short of expectations, and that better value could be found elsewhere.

Absolutely wonderful! The service was incredibly attentive, and the location made getting around super convenient. It was also very comfortable for traveling with children. The breakfast spread was excellent, and communication with staff was very smooth. We will definitely visit again. Highly satisfied!

We love our 1 nite stay at the Westin. An unplanned n late check-in we had at Level 32. My girls were in awe looking at the view. Our room was at level 36, right facing the pool and the panoramic view of the sea too.

Fantastic location! It's super convenient for dining, accessing the MRT, and getting to Marina Bay Sands. The check-in process was smooth, and the hotel service was great. Our room was spacious, with two generously sized single beds, and offered a lovely sea view from the window! I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Singapore.
