We booked this hotel for the New Year holidays back in November (with free cancellation), at the end of November the hotel debited the full payment for the reservation (although it should have been charged only for one night), then a week later, the full payment for the reservation again. I thought it was a mistake, well, it happens, I tried to call, the administrator said that he was not engaged in financial matters, there was no phone number for the financial department, they offered to write a letter with checks that they wrote off the payment twice. I sent a letter, the next day I received a message from the hotel that - yes, we will return the error within 14 days, and what do you think, they did not return anything, and again everything in a circle, send letters - there is no phone for the financial department! As a result, the booking was canceled on the online booking site, delegated to the support service to deal with these gentlemen themselves. Within 20 days, the hotel did not deign to provide a return receipt to either me or Booking. The administrator also informed the booking that she did not have the contacts of the hotel's financial department, there was only mail, and by this mail she would request information on reimbursement. The bottom line is that the hotel did not return the money within the allotted time, and this is about $ 650 for a second! I had to request a refund through booking. It took about 40 days to return, and nerves were slightly damaged. Decide for yourself whether you need it. Behind this deceitful friendliness and convenience of location is a disgusting thirst for profit!
