Amazing stay at Rogaška once again. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are lovely, and ours had an amazing view. The food was excellent, with a wide variety to choose from.

The building is amazing, and the staff is nice and polite. However, management should be present and managing the staff better. The owners does not deserve a building like this. This property should be part of the Four Seasons chain, not a falling-apart museum building. Breakfast is really bad and not good. The F&B manager is nowhere around, there are no waiters, no service, and only one cook.

They said that the valentines package includes valentines welcome. We did not received that. SPA is very bad. They have 4 Saunas, 3 of them are 🇫🇮 saunas. Looks dirty. Definitely not worth 400€ for two nights.

Smooth check in service, staff friendly , food was good. Mostly a hotel for retirement associations and groups with a nice location near various beaches. Solid rooms and food, but nothing special.

The location is close to the beach with a beautiful walk path. Perfect to get a view of sunset. We like to go and stay there in the middle of Spring season where walking along the beach is a ritual of peace and quietness.

The food at this hotel was very abundant and varied. There was free parking, some lovely evening music on a Saturday night, several seawater pools, and a very nice library. We appreciate that the hotels aims to be environmentally friendly, using recycled paper and tissue, minimizing plastic waste by providing large-sized containers of toiletries etc.

I genuinely recommend this hotel for those who wish to explore the Slovene coast, and search for its hidden treasures. It doesn't look like any of this fancy 5-star design hotels out there, but don't let that fool you, because judging this book by its cover would be your mistake. 1. Staff not particularly friendly / competent. 2. Wellness should be included in the price, but as it turned out, everything, such as the sauna, has to be paid for separately. 3. Beach not particularly attractive, pool could be classified more as a children's paddling pool. 4. Internet connection unstable/slow. Definitely not worth the price. The parking fee is very expensive at €21 per day, which isn't mentioned. You drive to a parking garage outside the city center and are taken to the hotel by shuttle. There's also a tourist tax (although you have to be careful how many people the hotel states when billing) of €3.13 per person. In our case, two people, they charged four people.

The stunning view from the open window made it all worth the ticket price. The only downside was how cold it was with the window open! But it's a highly recommended hotel, so I'm sharing it with you all.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a balcony and a good view. Breakfasts and dinners are also generally OK with plenty of choice. Unfortunately, despite the large number of children, there are no pancakes in the morning and no pasta in the evening, which children love. And swiming pool: openenig hours should be at least until 21 pm.

The front desk was welcoming. The restaurant on the first floor attached to the hotel is delicious and reasonably priced. Please note that the door to the hotel lobby looks more like a shop. We did not make a reservation for wanting a chance to see the facility in person before a decision.  Our encounter with the receptionist, Miss Gloria, was quite impressive.  We felt that she was always looking out for the customers’ best interests.  She was also quite patient with us by providing some interest points to visit.  We enjoyed our stay so much to the extent that we had extended our stay

Although staying in Bled is more expensive than you would expect, when compared to other hotels in the area Hotel Lovec is overpriced for the state of room you get. We had to change rooms because our inital room hadn't been cleaned to a level that would be reasonably expected. The new room was a twin. One of the beds was ok but the other was clearly very old as the centre of it had started to collapse...

Nice location and friendly staff

The hotel is conveniently located, within a 5-minute walk to the lake and the bus station. There is a shopping mall next to it, many restaurants and a supermarket. The room terrace has a beautiful lake view.

Great hotel included in a resort of 4 hotels. Great dinner and breakfast buffet. Very good value for money.

Parking was not great for hotel guests most nights around 9 pm parking was full and had to park offsite and walk back to the property.

It was frustrating when coming back at 9pm that there was not parking for hotel guest. Seems that parking is taken up by people going to the beach. So even though parking was included i ended up having to park elsewhere. My advice is if the parking is for hotel guest that you should need a key card to swipe in to the lot.

I spent two nights here. Yes, it is a bit older but: - big spa - beautiful location - super friendly service - reasonable price - great breakfast, even with gluten free and vegan options I really enjoyed my stay.

Fun family-friendly hotel!! Rooms are extremely clean although slightly dated but still serve their purpose well! Highly recommend a balcony view where you can look out into the harbour. There's a lovely snack bar to the right of the hotel and a salon outside the hotel entrance to keep both husband and wife happy ;)

Overall not too bad. Thé breakfast was pretty good. Bacon, eggs… etc the coffee was not too bad from the machine. The room was a good size. A bit dated but clean. The only problem was the door was a bit thin so you heard the people in the hall way leaving and cleaning. The parking garage was good. A bit tight so pay extra attention. View from the third floor was nice.

I real like it but I miss bar in lobby and there are no spare electricity sockets for charging of telephone in room you have to plug something out.

It is amazing place with friendly hotel service, well-equipped aquapark and access to the wide private beach. The hotel stands ten minute by walk from center of Koper. Directly under the hotel are snack bar and restaurant with very taste food. I wish I could stay here up to the end of summer.
