Parque Nereida Suites Hotel in Cala Ratjada

We stayed at this hotel in Majorca and while the rooms and general facilities were clean and well-maintained, the overall experience was seriously let down by the restaurant and service.

First, the service staff in the restaurant were not up to standard — often inattentive, unprofessional, and at times even rude. Basic service expectations were not met, which made dining there unpleasant. One evening, we were forced to order two drinks when we only wanted one. Unbelievable!

One particularly frustrating and questionable practice was cutting off access to the water fountain during dinner, clearly aiming to force guests into purchasing bottled water : mean.

The food itself was another disappointment. The cuisine was excessively greasy and lacked variety or freshness — far from what one would expect in such a setting.

To make matters worse, we discovered an issue with the dinner receipts: consumption were charged under our name & room number that we never made. This principle is not robust at all ! This raises serious concerns about billing transparency and internal controls.

All in all, while the hotel may look good on the surface thanks to its cleanliness, the restaurant experience and billing issues left a very bad impression. We would not return, and we would advise future guests to be vigilant.
Too expensive for what it is.
