Parque Nereida Suites Hotel in Cala Ratjada

2 star just for the location, the excellent cleaning and waitress...but the reception staff were embarassing, i've choose the pay at the hotel and free cancellation option...in the same day of arrival...i choose the junior suite front sea view with balcony...during the check in i asked to see the room before the payment...they answered that bormally it'is not possible...but...surprise they made me a free upgrade...a bigger suite...front sea view...yes...so i paid....the sea view was just from terrace not in the bedroom...and surprise in bedroom i had a really small window with street viwe...so i pretended the room i booked for...they gave me the alternative...at the ground floor no balcony no privacy...but with a bigger window in front of bed (i needed that for claustrophobia) but there was a bigger problem...damp walls swollen with mold...so tey told me that for the 1st night the only 2 options were these...ok just one option becaue you cannot rent a room full of mold...but they'll try to solve in the next day...the next and the next and the next...finally i stay in the suite whit street view and night nois of A/C...also the food were really...low quality to be not too bad...
So i appreciate the location the service staff and the cleaness also i think with small trick it could be a really good place as many others in this lovely island...
