Lago Garden Hotel & Spa in Cala Ratjada

Great hotel and spa, about one hour and 30 minutes from the Mallorca airport. A spa, restaurant, several pools with bars. The restaurant serves a breakfast and dinner buffet (great variety of foods as well as vegetarian and gluten free). Great value in the dinner buffet.
It is within walking distance to the beach where you will find cafes, restaurants and gelaterias. We hope to come back.

Lovely, comfortable and beautiful hotel. We really enjoyed garden, pools and spa area.
Garden is amazing, very well maintained.
We appreciated no “fights” and reservation of sunbeds. Hotel area is very spacious and everybody can easily find space for themselves.

What an experience starting with an unexpected upgrade to a family suite. The reception staff were welcoming and truly helpful whenever we sought their support.
All staff were excellent at attending our needs in the restaurant. A special mention to Aida and Mirelis who went above and beyond with their service and support in the restaurant, noticeably with guests who need a little extra support, like my sister who has MS. In fact the staff everywhere were genuinely helpful and nice wherever we went, greeting us with a smile. The bar staff were good at engaging in conversation and having a laugh and a joke with us. On a couple of occasions, I needed to convince the maid that our room really didn’t need to be cleaned that day. The rooms were well supplied not only with hairdryer and air on, but with extras like toothbrush and toothpaste, a razor and shaving cream. There was also a big bottle of water in the room, which was gratefully received, especially when you arrive late and just want to rest.

The site itself has an oldy worldly feel about it with lots of antiques and ornaments to capture your attention in immense hallways with numerous corners to sit in style and comfort. The whole area is covered with gardens providing a lush green canopy wherever you walk.
The SPA was underused by many but we made the most of this facility that comes at no extra charge and was so relaxing.

We came for a luxury, relaxing break and received this in abundance.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel upgraded us to a much larger suite with a jacuzzi, which made our experience even more special. The building itself looks like a palace from the outside, absolutely stunning. The staff were all extremely kind and welcoming. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our time here!

Great hotel with an amazing park and nice pools. Staff was super attentive and very nice, breakfast had enough variety and food at the pool bar was tasty and reasonably priced. Only two minor things that are not quite up to par for a 5 star hotel - the coffee quality at breakfast was awful and the opening hours of the pool are too short (11am - 7pm).

Second time here and stil as impressive, staff can’t do enough for you. The atmosphere in the hotel is as if it’s one big family, and they want to be there . Rooms are spotless and cleaned to a very high standard daily
