A great place to relax in the picturesque nature of the island with family. The hotel is very good, as are the food and the staff. The only complaint I have is about the entertainment worker, Ismael. I’ve noticed that he only plays football with the children, and I’ve seen him drinking alcohol while working and asking guests for cigarettes. On the night of May 3rd to 4th, he was walking around the hotel drunk. It’s a real shame, honestly.

The hotel welcome was excellent, with warm, friendly and always helpful staff. The housekeeping team did a remarkable job: the rooms were clean, well maintained and carefully looked after every day. The animation/entertainment team was dynamic and friendly, creating a great atmosphere throughout the stay.
The meals were good, although there could have been a wider selection of specialties.
The bar staff was truly wonderful: the whole team was pleasant, friendly, helpful and very kind. You immediately feel welcome, with a warm and friendly atmosphere. A real pleasure to spend time there, thank you all!
A very nice experience overall, thanks to the entire hotel team!

Great hotel, staff amazing especially Andrea so helpfull could not do enough for us. Entertainment very good, not just animation team entertaining you great atmosphere. Food very nice plenty of selection. Room very big rooms with separate living area bathroom and bedroom. Very clean hotel inside and out . Location was good, not right in the town but only ten minute walk to beach, shopping centre and bars. Local taxi only €4/5 if you don't want to walk to main town. Very quiet peaceful stay and great value for money.

1st of all I’d like to think I’m qualified to give a realistic review having been on all inclusives for the last 30 years from Egypt to Ibiza and this hotel is a good one, please ignore the negative reviews, yes sometimes the food isn’t red hot, it’s a buffet and near impossible to keep hot, we found the food excellent, yes we’ve had better but also paid a lot more, please remember this is a budget hotel and is excellent value for money, I’ve no idea where the people that have given this hotel a bad review have been before or what they’ve paid, why book a budget hotel then complain ? If you want faults you’ll find them where ever you go, the pools, resteraunt, water slides are really good, last I’d like to mention the staff, they are absolutely fantastic, the best we’ve encountered , there always smiling and can’t be more helpful, even helping me to locate my phone lost in Corralejo , these guys make the place and a huge thankyou to them, we are defo going back in October with the rest of the family

Just back from a fantastic 7 day stay. We were welcomed by Andreas on reception who was very helpful and kind for our whole stay. The pools are immaculately clean and the slides were great for the kids. There was no issues getting sunbeds anytime of the day. The room we had was lovely, we upgraded to a pool view which was well worth it. The food was great lots of choice, never any queues and plenty of tables. The staff are quick at clearing plates and tables and replenishing the food. Plenty of choices for drinks and the self service drinks at meals works very well. The entertainment staff are fantastic and offer great activities through the day games, aqua gym. Kids club etc. The entertainment staff put on a great show on an evening and some outside acts also come in. The location of the hotel is great only 8 mins walk to bars and shops and around 18/20 min walk to the centre of Corralejo but we just took a taxi for 5 euro. The waterpark is also in walking distance. The only slight negatives I would say are some areas of the rooms do have some wear and tear but that is to be expected and hopefully will be fixed over time but this would never impact or spoil a stay here. We will 100% return in the future. If you have booked please do not be put off by negative reviews, this is great hotel with wonderful staff and great value for money.

Having read the reviews it nearly turned us off coming here but to our surprise it exceeded our expectations by a mile once we arrived. 7 of us came together, all as pleased with the place as the rest! The food is fab plentiful and fresh. We have stayed in 2* up to 5* hotels and would rate this 4*. The rooms are massive clean and modern enough. The entertainment is very good. Both kids and adults on our group enjoyed each night! Usually we eat out for dinner in the evenings but we’re enjoying the food so much we haven’t yet! Nachos guacamole jalapeños sour cream and chill con were delicious. Everything is tbh! Our kids are 12 and have high standards and both rated it a 4 star also LOL! Loads for the kids here: pools slides playground volley ball arcade room etc etc etc We Will definitely return! Thank you for al the team that work effortlessly. My only critic is the bin in the bathroom Is rusty. A few euro would change these minor things but over all. GREAT! Walk to town also nice. 15 mins.

My husband booked this holiday last minute, when I read the reviews it caused a real argument, so I went with the mindset that I wouldn’t like it. Coach pulled up to reception and we both groaned, it needs a major facelift. However, when we got to our room it was lovely and clean and over looked a really nice pool area, this lifted my spirits a little. See attached photo from room 320. Went down for our first evening meal around 8pm, all I can say all the other food reviews are correct, it was dire, bland and cold. Next morning we went to breakfast which was cooked very clean and fresh. Next evening meal was dire and bland however I did find a microwave to the right of the live cooking station. After this my husband had breakfast everyday then we tended to eat out around 5pm. The walk into town is a good 30/35 minutes, we are both 65 years old and it was too much for us. Tried a couple of drinks at various times, again these were dire so we drank out a lot of the time. I think for families this would be a good hotel as kids don’t notice these thing, for couples I would not return.

Food was disgusting choices were questionable.restaurant was dirty even on first service food left on plates and all over floor .spa was closed lift wasnt working . cockroaches everywere all in my room couple of times actually in my bed disgusting.miles away from the strip if you have walking issues long distance.taxi most days . staff were friendly approachable.my apartment was huge and clean just aload of cockroaches in the area .snack bar was crap only one choice a day food left uncovered.only one choice of cocktails a day .had to buy a cup to get drink then keep taking cup back to get another one crazy idea redicolous only kids entertainment on nothing for adults .would definitely not stay here again .

Just back today in January .
Had to write a review so suddenly as it's such a great place to go.
If you're looking for a normal no frills holiday this is the place to go. Upmarket it ain't, down-market it ain't either. It's just a really good place to stay.
The rooms are clean and cleaned regularly 👍🏼
Complex is ideal for families and singles. We did the all inclusive so beer, spirits not measured just poured & a new cocktail each day to try.
Food is great and as much as you like. A mix each day of continental, British, fresh fruit, children's food too.
The lovely staff greatfully put on things to do each day and evening and encourage you to take part of you want. We did archery,air rifle shooting, shuffle boarding played pool tournaments. Was brilliant.
Even a secluded quiet poll area tucked away.
Definitely recommend it for a winter getaway as the weather is gorgeous.
The island itself is really laid back and a surfers paradise with loads of surfer dudes in their campervans.
Nightlife is full of street bars with people sat outside like in Italy.
Shopping, there's lots of shopping here with premium label shops & also cheaper shops too so a good mix indeed. I doubt you'd be disappointed.
Crime, I certainly didn't see or here about any. It's not that kind of area. We were walking back at 12.30-1am and never felt intimidated.
It's a 10/10 destination for me in my 50's. It's not an Ibiza, it's too chilled out for that.
