Aparthotel Green Field in Playa del Ingles

We went to this hotel on the 15th September 25 we normally go every other year . My husband and myself are disabled and we have to take our mobility scooters with us which we have been doing for over 20 years, I always book it myself by phone and I always ask for a 1 bedroom apartment for 2 disabled people with scooters as I have always done. On the Tuesday afternoon a work staff came to our room and said we were not allowed to take our scooters in the lifts or dining room so I said we have always done that there because it’s easy access and said we can’t walk that far so he said he would see what they say, he came back and said that the manager was in a meeting and to sort it out in the morning . The next morning we went to reception and a young man came waving a card of things to hire , he wanted us to hire a wheelchair for my husband to push me in which is impossible because he to is disabled. He then said our rep had misled us saying we could use our scooters but I said we didn’t have a rep and I always book it myself but anyway we decided to go home feeling very unhappy and discriminated against
