Don Gregory by Dunas, Adults Only in San Agustin

...got back early hours of friday morning after 5 nights SUPERB stay at the don gregory. Couldn't fault the place 😁. Stayed b and b with my dear friend in a double room ( bed was superking) and was huge. Room beautifully clean. Balcony was superb ( we were on second floor) .only slight gripe was furniture being either put out or dragged up above us at the pool/ terrace area.
Food was cooked beautifully and plenty of choice. ALL staff were friendly, courteous and professional and full of smiles. Our view was truly incredible. I couldn't QUITE grasp which tap served which shower, but, we survived!!😜😜.... we / i definitely will be back. Hotel is wonderful. Thank you to jet 2 staff for being superb and to ALL staff at this amazing hotel!😁😁 xxx

Andrew and Greta are a brilliant team in the pool .. I really enjoyed the 11am fitness sessions .. getting back to 100% health after cancer treatment so it was good gentle exercise , suitable for all ages ! The whole team at Don Gregory are brilliant Breakfast staff in particular but all staff were professional, courteous and friendly at all times , including their brilliant command of languages Loved the matching uniforms ( particularly the shoes ) , I just found that unusual . And the fact that the staff all seem to smile !! It all makes an enjoyable & relaxing stay

Wonderful hotel. Great location—transportation and shops nearby, yet not in the middle of a crowded hotel area. A pleasant surprise upon arrival—a minibar, beach bag, and flip-flops, along with a spa visit. We stayed in a duplex, which was very convenient—a bath with a shower on one floor and a walk-in shower on the other. Comfortable beds and a pillow menu. Towels are changed twice a day. Water and coffee capsules are regularly replenished. Sun loungers are not left for more than an hour, and then the towels are removed. Theme nights in the restaurant are fresh every day. The reception staff was always helpful and answered all questions. Overall, an excellent hotel with a convenient location and high-quality service.

Great experience at the hotel , it was clean and the staff was amazing … please note that I awarded the Excellent rating due to their staff …. People were amazing as they accommodate all my requests !! The room was good … I did not like the layout of the toilet and shower room … I felt that it lacks privacy …. The infinity pool was another factor that drove the excellent rating due… as it is heated and it’s located close to the gates that lead to the beach ️ Playa de las Burras ! I would like to mention the following staff that were very helpful : Celso, Carolina, Maria, Laura , Raul (Life saver and towels) , Rosita at the restaurant was outstanding!! Location is great as you can walk to San Agustin or to Playa Del inglés !…. And it has its own beach ️!!!!

The whole team of staff were so friendly and helpful the whole trip. They also made my mother in laws birthday by singing with a live team and brought out cake! Everything was greatly appreciated!

Excellent on all aspects.

This was one of our best vacations. The staff was very friendly, the food was amazing, the beach is nice and clean, the activities in the hotel were good fun and the evening entertainment was great!
I arrived with some hesitations as I am eating strictly gluten free, but thanks to the Chefs and Bojana I felt very safe and quickly changed my half board arrangement to All Inclusive. Together with Bojana I created my very own menu for each day and the chaefs made sure they prepare my meals aside of the rest meals to avoid the contamination.
Overall, the hotel was very clean. We had a lots of fun thanks to the activities (yoga, aqua aerobics, table tennis, darts, pilates etc) arranged by lovely Andrew. Also, as it is "adults only" hotel, one could catch on his sleep as the hotel was very quiet in the mornings.
The massages were incredible and the welness area as well.
Many thanks to Bojana, Eden, Andrew, Katarina and many others for this lovely experience! Big compliments to all the kitchen staff, thanks to whom this was my very first vacation where I didn't lose the weight!
