Very well organized hotel, very nice and helpful staff, very tasty and varied food 😋from all over the world / Spanish and Mallorcan 🇪🇸 dishes. Nice waiter service and great bartending, delicious drinks 🍸🍹😎are served by very nice and kind bartenders (female) and friendly bartenders (male). Interesting animations and performances.
Two swimming pools🏊♂️, possibility of water volleyball. Nice rooms, large and modern bathroom. Cleanliness and order.
Beautiful beach🏖️⛵ in the vicinity, a walk along the seaside promenade with beautiful views, also a shuttle bus 🚐from the hotel.

friendly staff, plenty of food choices, decent rooms. Smoke-free available, but demarcated and should be lovingly expanded due to the underestimated NUMBER of smokers among the guests

Well...
All in all a good hotel, but it just lacks in details.
You can overlook all what is bad, but you just get reminded constantly.
The food was not bad, but not great either. Some really enjoyable items and very good variety (theme nights, a lot of fruits,...). But the bacon was not crispy, the milk for the cereals not cold, the OJ was like 25% fruit and a lot of sugar... Not 4*.
The room was spacious, but cleaning must be improved and the shower was loose and also the A/C is relatively loud and not individually adjustable. Whether it's on 22 or 10 °C, it just pumps out cold air. Not 4*.
If you want the sleep before midnight you have to close all windows, because the music is pumping (not all days, but most).
We really liked the beds though.
Heaviest dislike: the sun beds / deck chairs are reserved in the morning and nobody says a thing. I spoke to the manager and they say they can't remove them because of covid. Such a lie. Just lazyness and afraid of discussions.

We stayed in June 2018 in this hotel. The breakfast and the dinner were very nice! The staff are friendly and helpful. We will come again!
