Hotel Mariant Park in Sa Coma

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. My room was located near the footpath, and unfortunately, I was unable to get proper rest due to constant noise from people walking and talking right outside my window throughout the night.

This significantly affected my comfort and sleep quality. I kindly request that this issue be addressed for future guests, and I would appreciate

First night we arrived at this hotel, I noticed our balcony door did not lock. Got told it would be looked at the following day. I was on holiday with my one year old daughter so I was not sleeping in this room with a door that is open. I got told 'nobody can get in' I had to demand another room until this was sorted as there was no way me and my daughter was staying in an unlocked room. They told me there were no free rooms. After going back and forth got moved to another room for the night. Crazy how one was free after an hour but here we were. Was a nightmare from the get go.

The food was nothing special, same stuff every day. Basic foods.
The staff in the restaurant were always kind.

We also had to knock on our neighbours 3 nights out of 7 because the noise was beyond a joke after 12am when you have a baby asleep. I understand the walls are thin but some people have 0 respect.
People were bringing their friends back to their rooms and by the sounds of it were having a party.
The corridors are just as bad late at night, very loud people screaming and running down the corridors, again 0 respect for other people on holiday.

Nothing to do around this hotel, so don't go here unless you are happy walking up and down the beach 5 times a day, and going to the same 5 shops.

Defiantly will not be returning to this hotel.

My husband, 1,5 year daughter and I stayed in this hotel for a week in September. Our room was pretty old, and we couldn't use our little balcony at all. First day there was a rain and our balcony was full of water that remained on the balcony for the rest of our vacation. We couldn't use it at all. One day we couldn't use the pool. And another day we couldn't use it until 12:00. Even though we booked all inclusive, we would have to pay for the safe if we were to use it. We could have one ot two bottles of water for free, if we wanted more, we had to pay. So, that's not ok. We were in Croatia, Turkey, and we could have drink water all the time. So, All inclusive is not all inclusive. And pool towels have to be paid for if we want to replace them if they are dirty. The hotel is quite old and definitely needs renovation. I hope they have prepared better for the upcoming season. We will never come again and do not recommend this hotel. The prices are too high for the service they offer. However, the bright spot of the hotel is the friendly workers and young animators who certainly made the children's vacation even better. Two stars only for those people.

Worse than you can imagine (food was bad, but I expected that). My rating is based on the following facts:

The night concierge called the police on my niece. Yes, the police!

She was arriving late at night with her 2.5-year-old toddler and trying to check in as quickly as possible to get her child to bed. Apparently, he felt threatened when she asked why she couldn’t park her car in the hotel car park (others from our group already had).

The police came, and the concierge continued speaking nonsense to them. He snatched her passport from her hand and then refused to return it. What a great customer service!!!

The next day, the reception staff were apologetic, but no one made an effort to rectify this horrible start to our holiday.

A week later, as I was checking out early in the morning, I had the displeasure of dealing with the same concierge again. He remarked that uneducated people come here and don’t know how to act, then boasted about his university degree.

Apparently, in his view, uneducated people don’t deserve holidays.. He was referring to my niece and blaming her for the whole fiasco.
I was speechless. What a horrible human being!

Clearly, Mariant Park Hotel in Sa Coma didn’t value our group of 25+ people who chose to spend their time and money here. For your record we all hold university degrees as if this ever mattered…
I would never recommend anyone stay at this place.
