Grupotel Parc Natural & Spa in Platja de Muro

This was our 4th visit since 2012, principally due to the hotel and the staff. It felt we were back home.

Absolutely everything was lovely, from the moment that we stepped through the doors. we had a late flight, but the staff had dinner put aside for us in the restaurant.

As commented below we feel that the staff are second to none. Professional and friendly it feels like they genuinely want you to have the best holiday, despite it being part of a large chain.

Speaking to other hotel guests, it is evident that many return here. Pilar, who always remembers us, deserves a special mention going out of her way to make our stay extra special, and memorable. Thank you so much to you all, and we will definitely be back for round five.

Great property to say in terms of facility, food, room, and staff. The water in summer month when we were there was full of sea ****, but if you go past the sea **** the water was clear and clean.

I loved my spacious well appointed room. I wish there were more food options. If I wanted a large breakfast or dinner the food was great but non existent for a small meal. There is a nice option for lunch. There are other places within walking distance. If I went back to the area I would definitely stay in this hotel, They couldn't have been more helpful! The room was wonderful!

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It’s quite small and not too overwhelming, which gives it a more intimate atmosphere. There is direct access to the beach and a bus stop outside the hotel.
The real standout feature of this hotel is the food. It is absolutely delicious and everything was beautifully prepared with a lot of attention to detail. There was huge variety with some options such as fish prepared while waiting. There is also A La Carte menu, which was consistently good. The restaurant is clearly well managed.
The staff work very hard and make a lot of effort with all the guests. Any issues were sorted out with minimal fuss (although there wasn’t much to resolve as most things were pretty well organised).
I was impressed by the comfy sunbeds. However, they were slightly crammed together in places around the pool, but this did not detract from any enjoyment. The only slightly annoying thing was people reserving sunbeds before breakfast, (but this happens in all European hotels, so nothing unusual…..). There is a nice outdoor jacuzzi within the pool.
There is a spa which, again, I was pleasantly surprised by. Often hotels say they have a spa and it turns out to be an indoor pool and steam room, but this one had a variety of rooms and experiences. The pool water was warm. The only thing was that a couple of the rooms were out of service and I would have liked to try them.
The rooms are comfy, but would agree with other reviews that some pillows are a bit lumpy and the room needs a selection of tea bags. They were provided on request, but would be nice if they are there as standard. Again - a small detail.
On the whole, the hotel seems very well managed!

A Truly Exceptional Stay at Grupotel Parc Natural & Spa

From the moment we arrived, the staff at Grupotel Parc Natural went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their warmth and attentiveness were evident in every interaction, and they consistently exceeded expectations-even offering breakfast for guests checking out as early as 6 AM. The food was absolutely out of this Every meal was a delight, with fresh ingredients, thoughtful presentation, and a wide variety of options that catered to every taste. Dining here felt like a culinary journey.

The spa area was immaculate and serene, providing the perfect escape. The massages were top-notch-professional, relaxing, and rejuvenating. It's clear that great care is taken to maintain a peaceful and clean environment.
Evenings were a treat thanks to the entertaining shows hosted at the hotel. They added a lively and enjoyable touch to the overall experience.

Grupotel Parc Natural is a gem-ideal for anyone seeking comfort, quality, and genuine hospitality. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Everything about this hotel is perfection: from the warm welcome you receive at the check in, to the constantly perfect, kind service; the food is delicious, fresh, from the breakfast buffet to the evening one (truly rare to find such excellent food in buffets); the pool and the beach; the kindest of every single member of the staff including the team of the kids club; the recently, beautifully renovated room which is sparkling clean and always smells amazing. This hotel is a rare gem and deserves all compliments.

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The people here truly make the experience special. A big thanks to Stefi for her attentive service, and to all the restaurant staff who brought such a positive energy to our stay. The wine recommendations were spot-on, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everyone genuinely tries their best to make this place enjoyable.

I came here for 11 days this August with my wife, daughter, and parents. We left yesterday.

The service here is truly exceptional: everything and everyone puts the guests at the centre, and no detail is too small to acconmodate. The staff are very hard-working, helpful, and friendly, right across the board, from the housekeepers, restaurant staff, kids club team, and porters. Food at the buffet is delicious, varied, and of extremely high quality.

The hotel is clearly very well-managed, and many of the staff have been at the hotel for a very long time. Many of the guests have visited regularly for a very long time, so repeat business is huge, which is clearly a credit to the hotel.

We left feeling that we had experienced the very best in hospitality. It is expensive but worth every penny.

I appreciate small details like the paper bags in the buffet to take out pastries and fruit, and the box by the pool containing balls, inflatables, and buckets and spades left behind by previous guests. The latter is not only highly convenient but also reduces plastic waste. There are practically no single-use plastics to be found in the hotel.

One suggestion is to provide teabags in the rooms alongside the coffee pods. I also think the quality of the pillows could be improved: some of ours were lumpy.

I would like to give a shout-out to Javier who was very kind to us. He regularly gave my 21-month old daughter toys and balloons in the restaurant, which she adored, and put a smile on all our faces. He is such a generous, big-hearted person, who stands out even in such a distinguished team. On our way to check out, he saw us struggling with our cases and helped us take them to reception. I wanted to thank him properly and tip him but could not find him at the very end after using the ATM! Please pass on my thanks and best wishes to Javier.

All staff are very friendly but hotel is a bit tired and would benefit of being updated in certain areas

Staff very friendly and helpful. Beach location is great.
Limited dining options on site but buffet had tremendous choice.
