Stayed here for 4 nights in April. Not peak season and very relaxing and not too busy. Room was exactly as in the photos and even fresher. Staff is very friendly all over. Pool area is nice and the terrace sunny. We had a car and parking was for free on the hotels private parking lot. Breakfast was a combination of buffet and à la carte. Very fresh. You can sit both inside or outside with great views. Gym is small but with the necessary equipment to do proper excersising. Location close to restaurants and shops in Portal Nous and also Puerto Portals a bit further away.

Great hotel, would definitely come back here! Amazing service, good room, very fine breakfast, nice pool, and perfect location. The suite was perfect with a great size and frequent housekeeping.
Only minor thing was the music by the pool that was on all day and evening, and we could hear it in the suite. Also the gym is really small but has a few good equipments.

I had the pleasure of attending a beautiful event here, and everything was just perfect — the atmosphere, the food, and the service. The terrace view was stunning, and the whole night felt truly special. Huge thanks to Kasia for her warmth, professionalism, and amazing organization!

The hotel is beautiful with professional staff. Especially Kasia who works on the reception took our attention with her care of every guests like is the part of the family and you can really feel it that she is very dedicated to her job. We wish her all the best and hope to get back soon

A wonderful place where you instantly want to stay longer! The service is top-notch – everyone paid attention to every detail and made sure each guest felt comfortable. The menu was even adjusted for a vegetarian guest, and the special dish prepared for her was absolutely delicious. The waiters were attentive, bringing drinks even when someone stepped away from the bar for a moment. Huge applause to Kasia – the organizer, who had everything perfectly under control and created a fantastic atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience! The staff is very attentive and kind. The views are breathtaking. The spaces are open, clean, beautiful and welcoming. I loved the pool also! We are a family of chefs and I can tell you, the food is top! Definitely worth the price. We appreciated the parking - not every hotel got enough spaces for their guests - this one does. The time we spent in the hotel is unforgettable. Thank you for having us🤍

My girlfriend and I stay at this place the most times we visit mallorca. The Hotel is one of our absolute favorites from all over the world. We travel a lot but it is like "coming home" if we arrive at the Portals Hills. Everyone is so professional and very friendly. We love the good service, the fanstastic breakfast and the stunning pool with a great view over the city down to the sea. The Rooms are very nice and have a lot of space. Even the bath is absolute great with a big shower and a double sink. In this great place everything is thought of, even the little things.

This is a beautiful hotel and always my first choice in Portals. Small and quiet but a very beautiful hotel. The decor is outstanding and the cleanliness superb. The staff are exceptional and go over and above to provide the best customer service. Highly recommended.
