We were staying at this hotel only because of a dance festival and we were quite satisfied. We enjoyed a nice sea view, also the hotel viewpoint available only for 1€ pp for hotel guests, good location and also some unusual room equipment such as red light in the bathroom preventing from sleep disruptions when going there at night. The only annoying thing was having to wait for the elevators, sometimes...
Wow. Just had an hour in the spa and then the most amazing massage from Anna. What a wonderfully relaxing experience. Very friendly attentive staff. Anna and Elena, very professional, made me feel very welcome and relaxed. My massage was definitely the best massage I have ever had. Even a bit of reflexology on the feet too which was a nice touch. Very impressed and would definitely recommend you pay...
If I could leave you more than five stars I would! We stayed January 30th until 6th February and we're missing it already! The staff are lovely, a special shout out to the stunning Emilia Clarke lookalike on reception, talk about a sweet, helpful lady. Food and drink were lovely and we were thoroughly spoilt and cannot wait to come back! Rooms were more like apartments. So spacious and immaculately...
We had a wonderful stay at Gran Hotel Bali! 🏖️ The hotel is truly impressive with its height and views — from the upper floors you can enjoy breathtaking panoramas of Benidorm and the sea. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The staff were very friendly, check-in was quick, and they were always happy to help with any questions. Today was my birthday...
This was are first time at this hotel. I would say that this hotel is not a 4 star hotel. The room is very old fashioned. It has no wi fi in the rooms. The reception area is lovely but unfortunately there is not enough staff for it. It’s such a big hotel but not enough staff. The pool area and the shops are really nice. The Spa on the 19th floor was really nice but you have to pay something like ...
Impressive foyer & lovely reception staff. Great breakfast, English sausages, hash browns & even black pudding. Nice big room although a bit dated. Comfy bed

Best fitted rooms for a modern hotel, Very well appointed, sockets in the right place, lighting brilliant, bathroom well fitted, good practical balcony. The buffet not good for a 4 star hotel. The salad bar was excellent but the hot dinners were only just warm and served on a cold plate. The gala dinner and lunch were amazing.
Good location close to the sea and the big swimming pool are especially important in summer. Hotel is 10 to 15 min by car and 1 hour on foot from Peniscola. Hotel attracts mainly tourists who stay there for half or full board. Most activities for those tourists do not happen in wintertime. Buffet breakfast is huge but of average quality. WiFi quality is also average. Rooms are spacious and most have...
Hotel is huge .Over Christmas had a lovely time. Good service, food staff very friendly. Room excellent.
Out of season, many places are closed but this hotel was open and busy. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast included was really good too. About an hours walk from Peniscola city centre or Beniscarlo train station but located right on the beach so a great walk either way. Very friendly service and good for value.
Went here with my own family and my parents. Very nice hotel directly at the beach. Fantastic rooms, great beds, very nice bathrooms with bath and seperate shower. We booked all-inclusive which was very handy for our drinks. Breakfast was very good. We were satisfied with the lunch and dinner buffet but my parents weren't. Honestly there is enough choice but they could do a bit better. What was very...
All guests are required to wear wristbands upon check-in, which is very uncomfortable and I don't understand the purpose. After checking in, we went to our rooms and had breakfast before going to the restaurant, where they only asked for room numbers. I have no idea what the purpose of these wristbands is. I told the front desk that they were treating guests like hospital patients or people wearing...

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was good. Very good selections. Easy walk to old town.
The bedroom was large, the beds were comfortable and there was ample wardrobe space. The bathroom was large and the bathtub could have been replaced by a shower plate, which is far more comfortable and helps save water. The buffets had a variety of delicious food dishes, fruits, cheeses and desserts. The waiters were attentive and helpful but short on staff to clear and prepare the tables. There...
Very nice stay and beautiful hotel. Kids club is great at this hotel. Marcos and Eva are so good with kids. Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice hotel and a good place for your little ones!
We stayed at the Meliá Benidorm as a group of 13 and honestly, we couldn’t fault it. The hotel was immaculate throughout, spotless rooms, comfortable beds and everything maintained to a really high standard. You can tell they take pride in the place. The location is perfect. It’s close enough to everything you need but still feels relaxed. There’s a Lidl directly across the road which was so handy...
Meliá Benidorm - a nice enough hotel but we felt it was long overdue for refurbishment. Our room 2253 was clean and comfortable with great views but felt very dated. Rituals toiletries in the bathroom was a nice touch. We woke to an awful smell on the first morning, I believe this to be down to the room not being used for a while and the plumbing having not been flushed through - after flushing everything...
We enjoyed our stay in february 2026 a lot. The price was very reasonable for what we got in return ( great variety of food, heated swimming pool, entertaonment for kids, gaming zone) . We took all inclusive option. The top great things about the hotel were: 1. Original drinks in all inclusive option ( beer, wine, soft drinks straight from the bottle, which is not common in other hotels). 2. Very high...

My stay at Meliá Alicante was unfortunately very disappointing, despite the hotel’s excellent location. The setting is truly beautiful, right by the sea, and that is probably the only highlight of my experience. From the moment I arrived, the customer service fell far below expectations. I reached the hotel around 12:00 PM and was told I would be given a room with a living room and lounge area, but...
Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and exploring the area. The staff and service were also very good—everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. However, there was one issue with the room that affected the experience slightly. The towels in the bathroom had a noticeable tomato sauce–like smell...
Very nice stay❤️❤️ with nice breakfast and swimming pool. Nice view from balcony ❤️
Our first time in Alicante and we booked this hotel and we can definitely say our stay here has been awesome. The hotel has all mentioned facilities and the main attraction is Location. Great hotel in great location! We had a lovely two nights stay in February 2026 for my husband's birthday. We went half board and the food was delicious. Stayed for 2 nights. Lovely hotel with attentive staff and excellent service. The location is perfect and costs approx 25€ taxi to the airport. The Papa Luna is a bit of a Peñiscola institution. Very comfortable rooms, great location, pleasant staff and amazing food at the buffet. Your waistline won't thank you if you stay too long! Highly recommend.
Due to the "quality" of the food, all of us we had daily gases and indigestions. Also, have the same deserts every each day is not at all a pleasent experience!
Perfect for a two stars hotel. Clean and well located.
The hotel is close to the sea. You can watch the sunrise over the sea from your room. It takes just a few minutes' walk to get to Peniscola Castle. It's so wonderful and refreshing to take a stroll and enjoy gentle sea breeze around the castle. The hotel staff are very patient, conscientious and nice.I will stay there again.
Great place to stay right on the boardwalk and close to great dining and castle.
Fabulous hotel, just in front of the beach and views to the castle. Great food quality with lot of choices and friendly staff.

Honestly this place was ok. The food was a bit boring but my stay was only 6 days, what made me so unhappy was the staff especially one that worked at the bar near the swimming pool She was so rude to foreigners it was horrible
My wife and I invited our second granddaughter to this hotel for two nights for her 7th birthday. She thoroughly enjoyed the experience with the help of the amazingly professional entertainers. We stayed for a week the hotel is clean and staff were helpful Only downside to this holiday was the beds were so HARD to sleep on they gave all four of us bad backs to come home with. Breakfast were great, evening meals NOT so great.
Great location for the main strip. Neptune bar only 20 yards down the rd. Pleased with the room and service. Breakfast was okay. Just the bacon was very fatty. But all the food is on the strip. Pizzas etc. You'd definitely not starve or be thirsty lol.
Good hotel at a reasonable price. Helpful staff. The menu was a bit repedative, the TV in the room a bit hit and miss as was the WiFi connection.
Just returned from a long weekend break. Hotel is clean bright and airy, the staff all the way through the ranks are brilliant. Breakfast was great with a choice of cereal or full English breakfast. My room was on the 2nd floor was clean and comfortable. Great location for the ***** and beach, id definitely go back here full marks

They found a difference this year also about the food. We were there last week.we have been coming to Benidorm for almost 25 yrs I was with my sister.

Location superb. Very central. Room great on the whole, we had a superior triple room, with a lovely view of the sea and bay and town, but is lacking some basic features to reach its 4 star status. - hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on when used and do not need to have towels changed. - small ledge in the shower to put shampoo etc. - hand held shower head should be higher as it is at waist height...
This was a much needed break in the current crisis and it more than exceeded our expèctations. We have stayed here many times and really recommend this hotel. Cleanliness was fantastic, our room was spotless as was the pool area and diningroom and their rooftop bar is amazing. Loved it!
I stayed only for 4 nights in November to be honest absolutely fantastic from check in to check out ! Breakfast was excellent 👌 Nadia who serviced my room was brilliant absolutely spotless . Indoor pool for winter and gym were great additions. Cannot wait to revisit

Okay, this hotel is perfectly located with, depending on room allocated, great views of the beach and Peniscola Castle. If you want a ‘Full Board’ option with music and entertainment from morning to midnight (break during Siesta) then this is the hotel for you. We had not realised that it would be so noisy, so not the best choice for us as our room was right above the Pool area where all the activities...
Another great spot. Definitely a retirement vibe here and we were there before busy season. But the hotel was great, food was great. Having laundry services were an added bonus. We got to catch up on laundry. Pool area is beautiful. All around great stay.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Our stay at Gran Hotel Peñíscola was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s warm hospitality, spacious layout, and its unbeatable location right on the beachfront. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, many offering stunning sea views — waking up to the sound of the waves was a highlight. The hotel’s facilities are excellent...
Just returned from an amazing stay at Gran Hotel Peñiscola! 🌟 The service was top-notch from the moment I arrived, with a friendly check-in that set the tone for my trip. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and I felt really comfortable throughout my stay. Plus, the restaurant service was fantastic—delicious food and attentive staff! Can't wait to go back! 🍽️
The facilities are awesome. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The service depends greatly of who you are dealing with. Some employees need a little of an attitude adjustment. I am sure that it becomes tiresome to keep Repeating the same to the guest questions, however that’s what none stop tourism is. The meals were ok. Just ok. We did media pension which has us eating a meal outside the...
Nice place, but very noisy. The sounds echo off the walls and we found it disturbing. Other than that, the place is lovely.

You can't get nicer staff than here at the Kaktus Hotel. We were badly let down on an apartment and we called in to see if they had any vacancies. A really friendly man on reception found us a fabulous room, with a fantastic sea view. The room was really large and although older furnishings as others have said, it was spotless. Traditional furniture doesn't bother us and it made a nice change from...
The room was spacious and clean, staff in all departments were courteous and friendly excellent location
The hotel was fantastic. Was clean and tidy. The surrounding area had plenty of restaurants and bars to visit. Staff were friendly.
large spacious room with everything you exepct in a hotel with this star rating. Good choice of breakfast.
Our group of 15 cyclists enjoyed the service and the excellent staff. The food ranged from good to very good. The rooms could use updating. The mattresses, in particular, are in dire need of replacing. Nevertheless, our group unanimously considered it a success, thanks in part to the facilities and, above all, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We will definitely be back.
Very good Away from benidorm craziness, clean, beach on the door step, overall good
