The hotel’s location is absolutely fantastic, situated right by the beach and within easy walking distance of the historic old town. Another major highlight is the breakfast—the spread is excellent and even includes Cava, which was a lovely touch. The staff throughout the hotel, including those at the lobby bar, are very kind, helpful, and welcoming.
However, the property is showing significant signs of age. The rooms and facilities feel very outdated and worn out, and in my opinion, they do not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel. As for the wellness facilities, while the gym is exceptionally well-equipped for a hotel, the indoor pool is quite disappointing; due to its small size and cold temperature, it functions more like a plunge pool for the sauna rather than a place to swim. Finally, be prepared for the parking fees, which are extremely expensive.

The seaside hotel is quite large, the front desk staff are friendly, there is underground parking, the rooms are spacious with large balconies, and the facilities are good.

We stayed here with family end of September. We booked three rooms: two execute suites and one family room. All the staff were great, rooms clean, breakfast buffet was delicious and the pop up ice cream stand was amazing. Just worth noting (and this might not bother everyone), the family room we got faced towards a beach club to the South of the hotel which was audible to us staying in the family room well into the early morning hours. However, our other guests in the executive suites that faced West could not hear the beach club music. Staff were very kind and accommodating when we asked to be moved to another room facing away from the beach club. Overall you can't go wrong, we had a lovely stay and would definitely visit again (but not book a room on the South side).

For me, this resort hotel is the most beautiful and best hotel in Valencia. The hotel is architecturally well-designed, stylishly furnished, and very spacious. I felt very welcome at this hotel and was always well looked after. The large room was always spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. The breakfast buffet was beautifully presented and truly delicious. I especially loved the freshly squeezed orange juice and the large garden terrace. Every evening I went to the free indoor pool or the spa (for a fee, €25 for 90 minutes). The spa offers a wide range of treatments, is very pleasant, and relaxing. Next time I come to Valencia, I will definitely book this resort hotel again. Thank you to the entire hotel team; you are all very kind and helpful.

Catalin at reception and all of the other staff were fantastic. The personal touch is incredible, they really know what their guests need. When calling reception Catalin could literally recognise my voice and respond in my native language, without having to tell who it is. He ensured our stay is fantastic and that we are happy with the room. The other staff had amazing attention to detail too and unfortunately I didn’t get their name, but hope they are recognised. For example the blonde lady on the terrace remembered that I liked the chocolates with coffee and she gave me more chocolates every time! We once asked for a blanket, and the gentleman on the terrace remembered us and offered us a blanket, without even requesting it. The cleaning lady with braces was fantastic and she remembered everything we needed. She always offered me chocolate. The housekeeping and room service was impecable.

Room is reasonably spacious and somewhat updated but the bathroom is old. Do not expect to have nice relaxing shower. Whole hotel is feeling a little dated, with random desks set up in the lobby for concierge and guest services. The hallways to the rooms are musky. When I pulled up google to write a review, I was surprised to see it is a 5 star hotel. It does not feel like one at all. Service has been fine, as expected at a hotel but nothing better. For example, I didn’t get a call when my room was ready, I had to come back a few hours later to ask. Overall, it’s fine, just fine.

The staff at this hotel did a great job of ensuring that guests were completely disappointed with their stay. Check-out was at 12:00. At 12:05, a woman named Carolina started calling our room and sternly ordering us to vacate it. I find it incredible that a 5* hotel would behave this way. At 12:10, we had almost packed all our suitcases and were standing at the door when a woman barged into our room without asking permission! She began to emotionally explain in Spanish (they completely deny English here) that it was already time for us to check out. At the same time, the phone rang and a threatening voice asked us to leave the room immediately. It was 12:15. This made me so angry!!! That at 12:20, when I went down to reception with my suitcases, I started asking them what was going on here?! Why do they allow themselves to behave like this?! I know check-out is at 12:00. But what if there are some human concepts? We were 15 minutes late. The hotel was half empty. What could be wrong? I've never encountered anything like this in my 30 years of traveling in Europe. It's so devastating to see what should have been a very nice hotel. And indeed it is. The grounds are beautiful. There was a wonderful woman working in the night bar who recommended a good wine. I would recommend the management pay close attention to this issue.

This hotel was beyond my expectations. I arrived late and booked an executive room, only to be told I'd been upgraded to a suite!
Environment: The hotel is located by the sea, and the good rooms face directly onto the beach, with an incredible view. The suite was spacious and clean, with a terrace for watching the sunrise.
Service: Perhaps because of the suite, I was told parking was free. The breakfast was very generous!

Ideal location, average service, the young staff at breakfast and at reception are very unpleasant, fortunately those with experience make up for it a little, paella in the hotel restaurant is excellent!

We were at this establishment nearly every day of our holiday back in August 2017. Sometimes for a drink on the way back from the city or for supper or to meet up for drinks and tapas with family and friends and I cannot fault the food, drink or friendly but busy staff who despite being so busy found the time to make us so very welcome and helpful with all our dietary needs with our food.
We will definitely go back there every time we return to Valencia.

Great welcome as we arrived. .not like other restaurants in the area. We had Tapas Casa which had freshly grilled aubergines, courgettes, mushrooms, peppers with 3 different cheeses, quality cured meats,olives and pitta bread.Great pizzas and wines. Have to return to try so many other great tapas..nice friendly atmosphere

Absolutely disastrous experience. Disgusting prawns which were badly defrosted and which should have been fresh to begin with. Got an order of muscles which were horrible. Hadn't been properly cleaned and the broth which was supposed to be lemon based tasted more like it was made with a sweaty sock... also ordered a pizza and it was 100% tasteless and when I ordered some hot sauce it never arrived. Eventually had to complain and get items taken off the bill. The owner was sitting with her family ordering the staff around instead of helping out on a busy Saturday night. Staff were awful except for one lovely waitress who did actually care. STAY AWAY.

We had a very nice pizza. Place was nicely filled and had a good atmosphere. Sitting outside we could still enjoy a bit of a beach view. Coffees after dinner where really good!
