Truly beautiful hotel, helpful and enthusiastic staff (everyone at reception spoke perfect Italian), spectacular breakfast buffet! Special mention for the bed, which was gigantic. I would definitely return!

Not a bad hotel, it was clean, but they constantly didn't refill something, either they forgot to refill the tea/coffee, or they didn't refill the towels, it was quite dark both in the room and in the shower

It's a shame that the lady in charge if the bar, her name is Alicia she said, was so rude with the 3 of us that we decided to leave the bar as she was going to ruin our meal. She did not care about we leaving and the business loosing money. Rooms and reception personnel were great, but it looks like the staff is not consistent throughout.

Cute little hotel with an amazing view of reg city of Valencia. Publix transportation very close by to get deeper into the city and hotel provides a map of all the hot spots to visit for tourist. Would stay again

Awesome hotel. Great room. Pillows could be fluffier. Breakfast was great! Love the aesthetic of the hotel. Mercedes was such a bright light and so helpful. Will be back!

We stayed at Hotel Kramer for one night during our family holiday in Valencia, and it was absolutely perfect. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable—ideal for a short family stay. The location is convenient, with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions.
What really stood out was the amazing staff. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel right at home even for a short stay. Their warmth and hospitality made a big difference and left a lasting impression.
We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely return on our next trip to Valencia. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort and great service!

I stayed at Hotel Kramer with a friend, and the overall experience was positive. The room was clean, and the food served in the restaurant met—and in some cases exceeded—our expectations. The staff were generally friendly and helpful.
On the downside, the HVAC system didn’t work particularly well, which made the room a bit uncomfortable at times. Additionally, during check-in, we were informed that no twin rooms were available, despite having requested one in advance. However, when we explained that a double bed wasn’t acceptable, the staff managed to find a proper twin room for us, which we appreciated.
The hotel is well located with good access to public transportation and nearby shops. All in all, a good value for money, and I would consider staying here again.

Very well served @ The Kramer Hotel & Bar. Staff were polite and helpful, both before and during our stay in Valencia. Breakfast lacks variety, however, the quality of the cooked items makes up for this. Therefore, overall, this place deserves the full five stars.
