Was nice...Until my second stay. I have spent a total of a month at this hotel and while my first stay of two weeks was ok, I was also never present in the room. Second stay - no hot water, no internet, loud construction from 9am-4pm (continuous banging drilling sawing etc) and it was in the same building but they claimed to "not know anything about it" in fact the manager seemed to claim ignorance of every issue, even though at least four of us in separate rooms and who didn't know one another, had the same issues. This would otherwise be a wonderful place. Also...odd thing but happens often enough to mention - the heavy smell of frying fish and oil used to fry fish often comes through the over stove ventilation fan. This can be avoided, for the most part, by never turning that ventilation fan on.

Nice and modern appartements in the city centre of Valencia. Good facilities with everything you need for a multi-day stay. Very good location, as it is central located but in a quiet side street.

Fine for an overnight stay. Very basic rooms and facilities. I did not find the hosts anywhere near as friendly as other people have commented. Oh btw - you would be a bit silly to think they did but they do not have a swimming pool as is listed on *some* booking sites!!

The food here is hit and miss. On a Sunday, the food was awful. Always check to see if there are many other patrons. If not, you're in trouble.

On the ground floor you will find great tapas, while on the second floor there is a Basque restaurant with great food. I greatly recommend the txuleton (steak).

Very fun way to try tapas. You get a plate and take whatever tapa you want. You have the toothpicks and pay afterwards, €1.95 each. The tapas are on the counter, the Hot ones are taken around the Hall.

The quality of the service is very good, the food quality is medium, not bad but medium. The poor review comes from the price, it is extremely expensive for the quality of the food they provide. Avoid at all cost.

The food was good, but very very salty and expensive. We ordered beef and it came with no sauce. The weight of the beef also includes a large amount of bones. Would only recommend this place if you have lots of cash in your pocket, but with this amount of money, there are much better choices out there.

Tapas here are amazing. So many different ones to try from, I love having a variety of food to sample! It's a buffet style so you just pick what you want and they'll charge by toothpick.

I loved the crab salad with cheese on top. Creamy and flavorful. The artichoke tart was crunchy and I loved that you could actually taste the artichoke! Those were my favorites.

This is Europe, so you really can't say much for service at any restaurant. They don't work for tips here so never expect superb service anywhere.

Service here was friendly and that's all I expect!
