Honestly was amazing staff were very kind and welcoming. The hotel was spotless and every member of staff treated you with a smile and a good morning. Highly recommend paying the extra for the superior rooms with pool view. The room is stunning, well lit and well looked after. The location of the hotel is prefect. It’s just outside the city centre which meant the hotel was peaceful and calm. The food was okay but if you’re very explorative and are into the Mediterranean food you’ll love it! We did book last minute so was a little bit more expensive however would pay it again and again to have the same experience. Honestly the staff are a credit to the hotel group can’t fault a thing!

Bedroom, staff and breakfast buffet are excellent, dinner buffet could improve. Temperature of dinner buffet food is cold and sometimes sandy. Disappointing.

Fabulous hotel. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. We were able to keep our room longer on check out day as a Barcelo member, which was great as we had a late evening flight. Had a suite as 3 of us which was perfect.

Very good. Junior suite. Perfect room for family of 4. Beds and linen very good. Large bathroom with separate wc. Patio doors onto garden with private loungers and outside shower. Breakfast was lovely. Buffet in the evening was average. Staff were generally great. Couple of moody ones but to be expected in such a big place. Pools were spotless. B Heaven bars were cool. Very hot though. Few more shades maybe? Loads of onsite parking. Didn’t use the spa or gym but smelt great! Two free drinks per day with premier package was great as well. Overall 4.5 out of 5. Thanks to all the staff.

Good 5 star resort, nice and relaxing vibe, restaurants are good except for the lunch restaurant they have very long waiting times sometimes up to an hour and thats unacceptable.
