Torres Gardens-Fincas Benidorm in Benidorm

When we arrived at the apartment we was very disappointed with the allocated room. It was not what we asked for or expected. We are both disabled and chose Gemelos 22 because we had previous stayed at Torros 1 and needed to be near to the swimming pool. We were allocated into Torris 3. Not only is this too far away from the pool to keep walking and too far away from the entrance to 1 & 2 which we wanted for the convenience of the shops etc but the entrance to Torros 3 is a walk away down a side poorly lit quite road which we felt very uncomfortable walking down to get to the front enterance. We also found faults with the room allocated in that the patio door and bedroom windows have none working locks which make us feel uncomfortable the fact they cannot be locked and secured. The livingroom curtain could not be closed fully due to being damaged and hanging off the rail. The kettle was unusable with a discusting thick layer of lime scale in the bottom. The toaster only had one element working. The fridge despite turning the control higher did not reach a colder temperature thus causing the contents to not be being cooled as cool as they should be. The whole apartment needed a good cleaning in every room which had clearly not been cleaned or cleaned properly and had a strong smell of smoke which I was surprised to smell as there is no smoke alarms fitted throughout. We had to purchase cleaning items and spend some time cleaning the apartment from top to bottom even inside the cupboards which were full of a greasy substance likewise on the inside of the oven and grill. We should not be expected to put up with all these issues when we come on holiday to relax. We went to the Finca office on Lavante and addressed the issues but the man we spoke too was clearly not interested and abruptly told us there was no other rooms available and did not even bother to check. The agent did absolutly nothing to help us by not relocating or refunding us to find an alternate apartment and not a pig sty. Our holiday was spoilt with the multiple issues and I would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere as the price you pay is not the cheapest yet going off the state of the apartmenttge agent should be paying you to stay there in the filth etc.

From the outside the building looks smart and relatively new. However the interior tells another story. Apartment dated with old fashioned furniture - kitchen with a two ring electric plate like an old camper van. And a stove top kettle which took forever to boil. On the plus side is a decent balcony. Sadly spoiled by building works directly in front. First fail was the faff with the keys. Two different locations depending on arrival times. No reception at the apartments. Then discovering 200 euro deposit required. No previous mention of this. Location up a steep hill so no good for anyone with any mobility issues. £360 for four nights isnt exactly cheap and cheerful. There is a pool but no sun loungers. With thousands of other places to stay this is not somewhere Id stay again.

Do not book!!! Terrible I got there with my mum (83),three children and partner around 10 pm. We could not get into apartment!!! No reception nothing! We had to get a taxi to somewhere in the front to get keys as someone told us! But it was shut the taxi man then took us to two more places to get keys!! We couldn’t get in!! We wondered the streets looking in hotels nothing available! Got to one place where we all laid on the sofa after hours we finally got two room costing 458! Finally the next day by the time we checked out after breakfast. The place on the front by the beach was open we got the keys around 12 by a very rude horrible man named coco or something like that! He was rude,nasty and had no compassion!!! Avoid anything to do with this place!! Then when we got there the pool was shut! Which we were not aware off! So we booked into another apartment for 2 nights as that’s what we went for was to sit by the pool! (I did get a refund for 458 from on the beach) !! Every person we met also had the same problem with keys whether day/evening. One boy we took his heavy suitcase in so he didn’t have to lug it up the hill. Another women and her mum didn’t get into apartment until 2am(which the mother had a fall whilst doing) another lady was accused of being a liar by the man who handed out yhe keys in the office on the front!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!

Disgousting place and terrible rude service, we left the place cleaner then when we came in full of cockroaches and feceis up the bathroom walls could not spend 5 mins in there nevermind a night avoid always, also very threatning staff if you complain
