Marina Resort Benidorm - the Original Benidorm Vibe in Benidorm

From reception staff to bar staff to cleaning staff to entertainment and pool staff, all were exceptional. I will be visiting again.

Ossy was giving the best vibes from the moment we walked in always happy and helpful and managed the big group of lads all drinking very well

As the Event Host and Manager of my recent Linedance Event here again at The Marina Resort Benidorm, I want to personally commend the superb service received from the excellent Bar and Restaurant staff, Edu, Ouasima, Nabil, Raul, Abdul, Fakir and Vicente. The food (Breakfast and in particular evening meal, which was part of our group event package) was superb. All 95 of my Hotel resident guests have told me how superb this was. A huge thank you to the Kitchen staff. Raul from Guest Relations was super helpful with a few of my guests who had questions etc. A HUGE HUGE THANK YOU goes to our two Barmen for the event, Raul and Nabil. Unbelievable customer care and service. Friendly, fast, professional. Thank you to you both. Reception Team (All of them) top form.

Fabulous hotel, friendly check in. Our cleaning lady was so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back

Really enjoyed our hotel stay overall....the room was clean and fresh, and was a good size. Excellent location on the strip and near to the beach.
The only complaint was regarding their cleaning policy. I'm not bothered about having the room cleaned for a 3 night stay so hung up the 'Do not disturb' sign on the first night. There was an offer for a free bucket of beer for foregoing the cleaning. We weren't actually bothered about this as we don't like beer but we were not provided with our free beer. Not only that but the cleaner walked in twice, one time at a very inopportune moment!
Upon checkout we asked for a water (seeing as we didn't get the beer!) and it took about 10 minutes and 3 members of staff to get this sorted. Eventually a lady who may have been a manager sorted this out and was very nice.

Big thanks to the English lady Julie Luck in the office that does the bookings, huge help with arranging absolutely everything for our group. Highly recommend. Can't wait to see the new refurbished bar and catch some rays in the sun

Nice Room, lost a Star on service, needs more attention to little details, like milk each day and coffee.. delivered to the room, I was in for 3 days. Didn't get any extra from dY one. The water in the fridge apparently was free, but I needed to check with reception. A little note on the fridge would help. Same with the WiFi, it's free but no signs to say so. Staff where very friendly and the hotel as a whole was great.

This hotel is pretty much what's needed. Food facilities, rooms are basic but adequate and location is close to the beach.

The only thing I think was poorly done is the hot beverage situation at the breakfast hall.
To obtain coffee sachets you have to collect from the entrance into the hall, hot water is in a small kettle device that takes ages to heat up. When you use the device the steam scolds your hands!
Milk for the coffee is located halfway down the hall which you have to line up ages to use. Again this scolds your hands in the process of using.

It took me 25 minutes to just make one simple cup of coffee!! This is the only downfall with this hotel, Improvement is definitely needed regarding the hot drink drink beverage situation.

Other than that I did enjoy my stay at this complex.

Amazing place. Had the best time ever. Victor a waiter always made sure we was looked after and had great customer service delivering food and drinks straight to our sun loungers and having good conversation. Thanks victor🙂❤️
