The hotel was nice and location was great. However for us the food was the biggest let down. We paid full board but we hardly ate there because it was not food that we would eat. It was mostly fish dishes which we both do not eat. If you had children then it would be a struggle if im honest food wise. Overall though nice hotel.

Stayed week of 29th September- bed and breakfast option- Fantastic hotel, rooms and hotel was spotless- room cleaned daily, breakfast was lovely omelettes and eggs cooked to order, large array of options and catered for my husband who is coeliac. SPA and roof top bar were amazing - highly recommend the cocktails. Location was fabulous- building work was going on but wasn’t a huge issue. Would definitely recommend x

There is building work going on which we wasn't informed! Very very noisy you can no relax. My mum is 80 not very good for her. Loose debrey on the floor whichbis dangers. Wednesday evening the builder dropped tools from about the 16th floor as my mum was walking past. That could of hit her!! I very upset

Clean hotel Nice pool with good food. Spaceous and very clean rooms. Friendly staff. Very good location, close to beach and the strip. Building Work going on but not much noise. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Hotel was lovely, Rooms nice pool area great. The only thing that let this hotel done was the food it was cold. After speaking to a few people who were at the hotel last year. They found a difference this year also about the food. We were there last week.we have been coming to Benidorm for almost 25 yrs I was with my sister.

Clean hotel Nice pool with good food at the poolbar. Spaceous and clean rooms. Asked for a low floor and got the second so thanks for that. Very good situation close to beach and everything. Food can be better in buffet. Works going on but not much bother.

This is the fifth time we've stayed at Port Benidorm.
Beautiful, modern hotel. Comfortable, well maintained rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. Great food. Great location. Great value. Cheerful, helpful, efficient staff. Clever lift allocation system, so even at the busy times you aren't waiting ages for one.
We'll certainly be back next year.

We stayed for 2 weeks, our room it was at 11th floor. The room was clean and comfortable.
On each morning the cleaning staff did a great job.
The food was very good. We had only the breakfast included but we payed for our diner several times.
The pool area has a nice pool and a nice bar where you can order drinks.
Indeed, a new wing of the hotel is still under construction, but the noise is not so bad. They are trying their best to respect the guests during this development.

Couldn't fault it really breakfast wa ok only went b and b I would stay there again the lifts when you get to understand them at first I was going up and down then some one showed me how to use them lol 😆

Twice now been and Sat down ready for lunch, 2nd time we have walked after sick of waiting to order. I don't mind waiting but find it unacceptable for the staff to be talking, stroking pet ferrets etc. Never again plenty more places to eat in the town.

I have just got back from benidorm went in the plaza every day the staff are excelent and pacco the owner is very friendly will b back in november colín.
