RH Princesa Hotel & Spa in Benidorm

We had a wonderful one-week family stay at Hotel RH Princesa and couldn’t be happier with our experience.

The hotel was perfect for travelling with kids. Our room was cleaned every single day and always left spotless and tidy, which made it really comfortable to relax after long days out. The whole hotel felt very well maintained.

The food was amazing throughout the week – plenty of choice for both adults and children, and everything was fresh and tasty. Mealtimes were something we genuinely looked forward to every day.

The atmosphere around the hotel was great, very welcoming and lively without being noisy. The staff were especially friendly and helpful, always smiling and happy to assist with anything we needed, which really made us feel valued as guests.

As a lovely surprise, we were even given a complimentary bottle of champagne, which was a really nice touch and made our stay feel extra special.

Overall, we had a fantastic family holiday and would happily return. We definitely recommend Hotel RH Princesa to anyone travelling with children or looking for a friendly, comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had room 1207 with nice views.
I enjoyed the dinners, but wasn't too happy about coffee and juice at breakfast.
Short walk to the beach and old town.
We had sometimes trouble parking, but on the end find a spot. But I guess, it is a nightmare in the summer.

Hotel is beautiful with plenty elevators so you are never waiting long for one. Wide selection of food that caters to fussy eaters and those with a more adventurous taste. Staff are all lovely. Facilities are very clean. On arrival as we arrived late at night we were each given a goodie bag of a sandwich, water, cakes and fresh fruit.
Mattresses are quite firm but this is personal preference. Booked room for 3 people and had a double bed and a sofa bed (pull out from a chair, which was not that comfortable), which was not in photos or specified in booking from loveholidays. Spoke with a lovely gentleman at reception who upgraded us to a room with two double beds at no extra charge.
Due to the weather the outdoor pool has not been an option. There are a wide variety of spa facilities as well as an indoor heated pool and jacuzzi, but unfortunately hotel guests (as well as non guests) have to pay to use this. When not in the warmer season it would have been nice for the hotel to offer use of the indoor pool free to hotel guests.

Relaxing and comfortable with great facilities. Good choice of food, better quality than many 4 star. Great value full board option with free wine and water at meal times a bonus. My wife particularly enjoyed a 1-1 line dancing activity with Melany who managed to teach her 3 line dancing routines in 30 minutes. Well done to both!. Staff were always helpful and happy to help. Friday night dinnner was particularly special with cava and tapas on arrival and a violinist serenading diners. Thoughtful and welcoming.

We stayed here for a week with friends. We have all travelled extensively in Europe and we all can honestly say this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Spotlessly clean in all areas; room very comfortable with good quality toiletries in the bathroom. We stayed half board which suited our needs - the buffet selection for breakfast and evening meal was first class!! The hotel was well placed for the strip as well as the old town ( which is charming) There is also an excellent public transport system which enabled us to visit Altea & Denia which are both beautiful We would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Benidorm !

Absolutely brilliant hotel I’m lost for words, it’s run like clockwork, so clean and fresh , brilliant staff , nothing is too much trouble, the food is outstanding everything was superb, I even had a Sunday dinner today , the entertainment is good too , lovely pool area ,just fab ,will definitely be back .

We've just returned from a week at this amazing hotel! Shout out to Yolanda who checked us in swiftly. I highly recommend this place for families. It is absolutely spotless, the cleaners and domestic teams need a fab mention as it really is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in on holiday. Food options were always plentiful and hot. Great choices and theme evenings were a great welcome. Ice cream whippy machine for the kids which went down as a great treat. Welcomed with a smile into the restaurant every evening. The bar staff are hardworking special shout out to Jorge Luis - Marina - Manuel! Always service with a smile. The play area is a good run around for the kids. The kids club I feel was a little boring for the younger children, didn't appear to be any activities set up or toys out. Lots of kids seen on the computer games but nothing really with younger kids. I think that would be my only criticism in terms of what the hotel provides. Kids disco was good but quite loud. We would definitely return. However, when travelling with children we are always so vigilant around water - I would say from what I seen and experienced there was a lax approach around the lifeguards. Seen a few people who required first aid due to cuts, slips and falls, one parent had to go inside to get help from a staff member from the bar when there was a lifeguard present who should of seen the immediate need for help given the situation with the child. There must of been a conversation thereafter as they removed the parasol from blocking the view to the splashpad. Great week, great hotel, good location, short walk to the beach, fantastic staff. We will be back.

Had a fantastic holiday here. Was impressed by the friendly staff from front of house reception all the way to the room cleaning staff. All were amazing. The hotel was flexible enough to let us change rooms as we were quite high up initially on floor 15, this was much appreciated. Food was excellent and there was always a choice each night. Entertainment team outstanding, lots of fun activities and competition for the kids! Best of all was the location, felt really comfortable and safe here. Would 100% stay here again.

Absolutely loved our week here. This is the first time our children have travelled abroad and the hotel had everything we needed and more. The reception staff were so friendly and even managed to rush us in to lunch on the first day after a long travel with lots of delays this was appreciated. It was our boys 12th birthday and was the best experience for him, when I asked him what the favourite part of the holiday was he said the man who found us a table every night at the restaurant (sorry I never caught your name but you were so friendly and the kids loved you!) All meals were amazing and so much choice. The gold inclusive was brilliant. Rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard and we loved sitting on the balcony letting the world pass us by. We didn't visit the indoor pool however loved the outdoor pool and the kids loved the slides and also the play area and the games room. Great location for both old and new town with everything in walking distance. We have loved it so much we have booked to come back next October again and can't wait!

A great hotel. Clean and tidy at all times. Room was spotless and maid service every day including fresh towels each day, even had my pj’s folded every day! Food in the very clean restaurant was varied and has something for everyone. Waiting staff at the restaurant bring drinks at the evening meal. All staff are polite and courteous and respectful. Bar staff in the evenings are friendly and polite. A**** to this hotel and staff.
