We had an amazing time at this hotel, even though it was just for 1 night. The rooms are a great size with a beach view. Very clean and comfortable beds. The pool is very nice and has a unique style. The best part was the distance from the beach.

The hotel was fine, it had a nice view. Food options were good, but very limited.

Unfortunately, the staff was indifferent about everything. I always felt like I was bothering them even though the place was mostly empty.

I had to cut my trip short by 4 days to get back home and the hotel staff would not connect me to a manager regarding my request for a refund. Also, I elevated my request through ******* and the hotel management won’t even talk to ******* regarding my requests for a refund. They are severely lacking in the customer service area.

It was a horrible stay. The woman at the reception was rude and disrespectful to me. I didn’t have water in the shower and they didn’t even helped me with the situation. The answer was: If you want you can change hotel. It’s not a hotel it a HOSTEL. If you want a bad time in a good city this is rhetorical place.

Rooms are nice and clean. Was missing such a simple thing as hair dryer. Reception admins were nice and helpful.
Breakfast restaurant on 1st floor - no one was able to speak english. I felt that people didn’t wanted to help. They were like - ahhh why she is asking smth. Thats not an attitude what i would expect in such hotel.

Perfectly clean hotel. The reception process was quick and easy. Breakfast was great with loads of choice. The Bar in the evening was just what was required after a long day. My room had everything you could want, and they even left fruit which was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.

Did not have tea/coffee in th he room. They could not provide us with kettle just get some warm water in the morning.

Nice hotel close to the beach. The room was very spacious and comfortable. My children each had their own bed (which they loved). Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are buffet with a nice assortment of food. The food was never hot. It was warm. They hotel has 3 elevators for 11 floors, so they are very busy and slow. We didn't have a view of the beach or mountain(if we looked to the right, we could see them). All in all, it was a good hotel.

Noisy hotel due to Tikabar cutomers shouting
Next door Tika bar was very loud until 7am every night made worse by some guy shouting outside it all the time. We complained and got a room change opposite side of the hotel but still heard the same guy for our 4 night's shouting and waking us up, so we had very little sleep.
Gym was very tired dumbbells jumped from 17.5kg to 50kg nothing in between plus no aircon so it was crazy hot inside. The aircon wasn't working in the corridors outside the rooms either.
Reception staff were excellent, location of hotel is good too, plus on site EV charging €6 but was only 7kw per hour for non porsche cars.
Food was okay but at the cheaper end so only had dinner there once.

It was the worst experience ever warn you this hotel. It's not a 4-star hotel, more like a 2
The receptionist at the breakfast was very unprofessional, very rude, and totally hostile ,needs a lot of improvement.
