Lovely clean hotel staff friendly and helpful large bedrooms. The negatives are meal time (evening) was like a stampede no queuing in an orderly manner people just pushing in not a big choice of hot food (well cold food really) meals not described in English, entertainment not geared for the English and finally not very good if you have mobility issues as the ramp to the hotel is very steep

The hotel room was very clean and maintained. All the staff I came in to contact with were very polite and helpful and looked as though they enjoyed there job
Excellent location in-between the new and old town
I was on full board plus and only cost a few euros more so worth the money if on a budget however the food wasn't good at all and definitely needs improvement as lacked taste and also variety
Stayed here a few years ago but had alot better experience this time and would probably stay here again but as room only

This was my second time staying here. I like where it's located, maybe a little too far away from everything for some people, but if you prefer a quieter spot in Benidorm this is ideal. The hotel room was immaculate and I was upgraded to a much bigger room with a massive balcony, which was thoughtful of the hotel. Breakfast was incredibly busy, so my advice would be to go as soon as they start serving. Plenty to choose from and things were replenished quickly. Tables were cleared efficiently so the whole process moved smoothly. Too cold to use the po,ol but the pool area looked lovely Definitely my "go to" hotel if visiting Benidorm, as it offers excellent value for money. Staff were all cheerful, friendly and helpful.

Went there with my parner for a few years before he passed away always had a good time. the room was clean
And staff frendly. Always enjoyed the walk up to the hotel and going into the big super market and buying our water and crisps etc. Only problem was the food was a hit or miss bit bland at times.

Just came back from a weeks stay, Room was ok ,clean but noisey,location was ok for us but not good if you're older,Food was disappointing, if you like pizza chips and fish your be ok but nothing seemed to go with anything pasta but nothing to put on it, if you like boiled spuds your be ok.wife had a reaction to the paella her eye closed up. Pool was closed, staff were ok and friendly but I think its more for Spanish people.

I absolutely loved the hotel. We were off to a rocky start because of the room but it awesome regardless. I loved the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. I had a half board , and it was good value for money!!! They had activities to keep the guests entertained each day, honestly well thought out. There was fully functional pool and gym that were very lovely. I would stay there again whenever I’m in Benidorm . Overall I enjoyed my stay there.

Went for a 10-day holiday with the wife and youngest daughter to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Really enjoyed our stay. Food was varied enough to be enjoyed by everyone, i.e soup for starters, chips/pizza, meat dishes, fish or pasta for mains followed by a variety of sweet dishes. Location was perfect for the bus and/or a pleasant walk to the beach. The pool was 'just right', but if it had been a little bigger, it would have been appreciated.

Disappointing Stay – Needs Serious Improvement

Stayed at Park Prince Hotel and wouldn’t return. The place is very outdated — rooms are old-fashioned and the strange green bedding didn’t help. Food was awful; 10 of us were unwell for most of the trip due to poor quality and hygiene.

On the last day, we were forced to check out at 11am despite a late flight, and weren’t allowed to use any facilities — something we’ve never experienced before. I even bought a drink at lunch and was told I couldn’t sit down, with a staff member trying to take it off me after I’d paid. Completely unacceptable.

The hotel also claims to be disabled-friendly, but we faced multiple accessibility issues. Only positive was the evening entertainment, but that alone doesn’t make up for the rest.

Would not recommend unless major changes are made.
