Watch out! They will charge you more! They do this by telling you your room is not available,sorry! But then magically a superior better room is available- at twice the cost!! Learnt that all rooms share the same noise problems- put it this way you know exactly what everybody is doing in their toilets, in their personal lives and on the phone! 🙈 The guy had it worse than us next door when he was telling us the late/early conversations he had to endure. Bad sleep all round.The location is good but I am sure the same could be said of better and not taking advantage of people and charging more. They blamed booking.com but we don't believe them. It's advantage taking. The breakfast is what it is. It's okay but there are loads of cafes, bars around that will charge you a lot less for a lot more and a lot better. You can only have juice or coffee not both,misleading again! So basically don't get the breakfast and go to one of the many wonderful places on your doorstop.

Awful , No water on day 1 Day 2 - no cleaning of room , no toilet paper in bathroom Spiders on bed Loud noise from generator all night. And the weirdest thing when I look out of the window I can see a view of someone else's room ....what the heck

My stay was terrible as the advert was false. I was supposed to have a room with balcony and was given a room where the bedroom window opened up directly to the dining room and got woken up by people having breakfast and talking loud. Room 105!!!! Complained to the owner and wasn’t interested in the slightest. At 90€ a night and not being able to rest is extremely high.

STOP! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL!

I genuinely don’t know where to begin. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel, and I truly believe we were victims of a scam.

1. LOCATION & CHECK-IN:
Upon arrival, the reception was completely empty, despite the hotel being aware of our check-in time. We waited over 15 minutes before anyone showed up. The hotel is split into two separate buildings—something not disclosed on the booking page. After dragging our luggage up the stairs of the first building, we were then forced to take a ridiculous route to the second. Had we known this in advance, we would have ensured we were in the main building.

2. ROOM QUALITY:
The moment we stepped into our room, we were shocked. The room was incredibly dark, with no main ceiling light—just a small lamp. The towels provided were ratty, ripped, and discoloured—far from the clean, bright white towels you’d expect. The bedsheets? Also torn and full of holes. It genuinely felt like no effort was made to prepare the room for guests.

3. SERVICE & FALSE PROMISES:
We immediately complained, as this was not the experience we paid for. At first, staff were reluctant to address the issues but eventually offered us a new room—one that had actually been prepared. However, they then demanded that we leave after the first night, saying we had to find a new place to stay. They promised to refund us for the second night. Exhausted from travelling all day, we had no choice but to accept the situation and spent the night searching for alternative accommodation.

4. SCAM & MISSING REFUND:
It is now February—we stayed in December—and we still have not received our refund. We have called both Booking.com and the hotel multiple times, but every time, we are given the same excuse:
“The manager is not in. Call back tomorrow.”
At this point, it’s beyond clear that they are avoiding us and refusing to return the £100 we were promised.

FINAL WARNING:
If you’re considering staying here—DON’T. This place is unprofessional, dishonest, and not worth the stress. Learn from our experience and book elsewhere!

SCAM - Had an awful room, they said they would refund as we then found another hotel to stay in. They did not keep their word about the refund and there is nothing I can do to get my money back unfortunately. They don't answer my refund emails, and when I call they say the owner is not there. So incredibly childish, and unprofessional.

The room: lighting didn't work, bathroom door was broken, holes in the towels, holes in bedding.

Save your peace of mind and book elsewhere. You don't want to deal with such dishonest people.
