The only good thing about this hotel is the reception/lobby area, which is beautifully decorated. Rooms seemed clean, but upon closer inspection, are not well functioning (ie. sink was clogged up the entire stay). Seems like most of the hotel’s budget went to the lobby area. Check-in CLOSES at 11pm, which is extremely inconvenient. Breakfast was not great. Service from staff was not the greatest nor very understanding, although the receptionist I encountered at check in was nice.

Sincerely recommend this hotel, its really clean and everything is just fine. There is a tv to watch u tube, a small balcony facing to the street. Staff is helpful and friendly. Compare to Madrid, I have a great memory in granada. May be the location isn’t the best but there is bus stop at the entrance and cathedral is within walking distance. supermarket is just opposite the hotel.Consider this price I will say this hotel is fantastic!
