Pension San Joaquin in Granada

Good location and 24/7 front desk. Nevetheless, room contains only old furniture, bathroom is tumbling, windows are thin and so the room is very noisy. No soap, no coffee maker or any other additional equipment , practically no cupboard. Place would deserve some visible investment...

Good location but everything else is not right. Our bathroom was leaking everywhere. The receptionist insisted on fixing the problem himself. However, we clearly understood that the problem could not be resolved. We therefore asked to change rooms which is the simplest solution. We had to take our suitcases out of the room for him to understand that we were leaving. He decided to show us two other rooms that had the same water leak problem. Certainly we were changed rooms at no extra cost but I remember that all the bathrooms in the rooms have leaks. Let's not even talk about the dirty rooms between the floor (not cleaned and hair) and the dirty curtains for a few. We really need to review hygiene and bathrooms. I can't recommend a place with so many issues to sort out

Good location but the room was in really bad condition, there was hair and dust on the floor, there wasn't even soap (I had to buy everything at the supermarket because there was nothing) the sink had a broken water tap turned completely to the left and therefore unusable…
Dirty and dirty toilet, without even a toilet brush...Shower with stains everywhere, dirty bottom of the tub...The worst thing was a brown stain on the sheets which, when I asked to change them, the receptionist replied "Eh but if a stain doesn't it goes away we can't do anything about it" and I replied "well but it's not my problem that the stain doesn't go away, I absolutely want you to change these sheets with clean ones otherwise I won't sleep here" really speechless, It's not the first time I've traveled and I've stayed in several places, but this one is by far the worst, I highly recommend it.
