Had 4 days here and was very impressed. Basic and a little dated but perfectly functional and clean. Service with a smile throughout. The staff were very attentive and friendly

The location is excellent, close to the beach and an easy walk to the old city centre. The staff was super helpful and polite

Wifi was fine and found the bed comfortable. Would fully recommend and come back again. I was here for Málaga marathon and my stay here made for a lovely weekend

The room was clean, although our view was to the back of the building across, so we kept our drapes closed and we couldn't use the balcony

The hotel is old but super clean. Very impressive for the work of the housekeeper team. Miss Eliana from the reception was so friendly

The only slight negative was that the room was at the back with a central courtyard outside the window hence no view to speak of (but if you don’t spend a lot of time in the room it doesn’t matter)

The dining room is very pleasant but there is no bar in the hotel to get coffee or drinks in the foyer area. Decor and furnishings are tasteful and fresh. Friendly attentive staff throughout

The staff was very helpful and promptly solved our problem with our booking which did appear in their agoda system. Wi-Fi connectivity was also good. I would definitely recommend this hotel

The bedroom is spacious and comfortable with plenty of electrical sockets and USB points (a lot better than some 4* contenders) and excellent lighting. Bathroom and shower very well appointed

Handy spanish hotel in Malaga town near everything, rooms a tad bit small for 2 , toilets grand and breakfast good. Train station opposite 3 min walk. Train runs all day from airport (30 mins) up and down coast

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Reception was very friendly and welcoming - the umbrellas were particularly useful on our first day! Great location.

Right in centrum with great opportunities to walk around seeing the vital parts of this beautiful city. Surrounded by great restaurants

Place was spotless, room cleaned every day with fresh towels and condiments. Breakfast top quality with great selection

But there are a few things that would make a stay at the Apartments even better: information in the room (how to work the air con/heating, reminder of checkout time, a genetal "Welcome!" pack, evacuation guidelines), a blackout blind for the window to the internal courtyard, table/side light by sofa bed

Location was top of the old town so easy to walk around and get too. Very good food options in the area too. Had the interior room so could hear the reception but rather that then the street

On departure day as it was before breakfast being served hotel made a takeaway picnic box which was top class and very welcome. Hotel staff very friendly and efficient

Everthing was nice, except the noise during nights. The city hall cleans ths streets every night around 3am with some loud machines.

Found it well situated for city sights, it was 15 min walk to the marina. I definitely recommend the hotel but would like to point out this is in no way an endorsement of the artwork choices?

Lovely small hotel. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Excellent location. Pool area good. Only bad thing was the noise from the street, so one should bring ear plugs to get good sleep.

Room was so noisy, very disturbed sleep. Asked for a wake up call and reception were happy to provide this for my early flight. Location amazing, 15 min walk to beach, shops and restaurants within 100m

I had an internal view into a courtyard and would recommend as it was really quiet and light and cool without direct Sun. There are areas to sit with comfy sofas too

Great hotel to explore Málaga, perfect location near to the historic centre but far enough away to be quiet at night. Staff were excellent from checking in to booking taxis, everything we needed was catered for

A nice location, a quieter area. A decent breakfast,, a nice bedroom and bathroom and all reasonable price. I think the main difference is the staff are just really good.

Everything was awesome and the gentleman at the front desk deserve a raise! I never got his name but he was the person who made our stay special !!

We booked four twin rooms which were not the biggest but not an issue. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return

If you’re staying in Soho Las Vegas across the road, you’re even luckier as the bus goes from the main door, but Soho Los Naranjos is only a minute or two away, and the service is the same: €10 direct to the airport, with a friendly and charming bus driver in a spotlessly clean minibus

I just love this little gem of a hotel, love the location and the staff is super friendly, feels like home. Breakfast is good but breakfast room really dull

I would return to this hotel for the fantastic taxi/ private minibus service alone – it is such a joy not to have to drag bags on and off a bus in to town and then get another bus (that’s always full of others with bags going to the same place) to the airport

Good location from the airport by taxi, about 20 minutes walk from the historical centre and less than 8 minutes walk from the beach, so it's not in the real centre but not far from it

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel California, we were welcomed by a very helpful staff member. Though our room was on the small size it had everything we needed with a very good sized shower

A nice little property away from the busy area yet a nice 20 min walk away. super close to the beach (2 min walk) and there is a big supermarket one block away. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and helpful

There is a safe and a not very efficient refrigerator. TV programs are only in Spanish, the selection is poor. The seating area and the pool on the top floor are pleasant and tea and coffee (nespresso) are available 24/7

Location is perfect really close to plaza la merced, where you have many nice options to eat, and only a 15 minutes walk to the beach!

Great, friendly and attentive staff! Breakfast is very good variety, fresh and tasty! Modern comfortable room! Location - cannot ask for a better one, you are close to all major important central spots! The only thing as a minus would be that our room's bathroom ventilation wasn't working

24 hours free coffee in the lounge, and free mini bar in the room refreshed daily. My room overlooked the street (most do not) and although it is quite busy with traffic the double glazing stops most of the noise

Great Hotel! Clean Rooms! A bit noisy when you have a room on the street side. Every day free drinks in de minibar, including beer. Every day at breakfast fresh orange juice and avocado and tomatos

The hotel was clean quite and fine. The owners are nice and speak English also. The hotel is very close to a beach ans minutes from buses that takes you to center city or other beaches. I recommend this place 100%

Hostal Moscatel is a 10 minute, holiday walking pace, to El Palo beach and only a 2 minute walk to the bus stop for Malaga. I would definitely stay here again!

I’ve never stayed in a hostel in this area before but I was pleasantly surprised. My room, a king size bed, a little seating area and en-suite (room 9)

- very tiny room, only a bed, a wardrobe and one night stand, and nothing more, - reception desk only available from 8 till 21, - staff poorly speaking English, moderately helpful, - no AC in the room, but good thing it was not the middle of summer + quiet neighbourhood, a bit remote from the center of the city, but well communicated with public buses, + not too expensive + close to the beach

I very much loved staying in this hostile. Friendly greeting and above all an amazing king bed. Perfectly situated in Malaga, I highly recommend this cute little place.

It's just a little far from the beach

We tried to book an apartment but were let down by shocking owners. We started walking through the area trying to find somewhere to stay. We came to this hotel and the staff were wonderful

The room was clean, and it was close to the bus terminal, so I could walk there with my trunk in tow. It was also within walking distance of nearby tourist attractions.

The room was very clean, the facilities were excellent, the bathroom was very large, and the shower head was high-end. It's only 500 meters from the bus and train stations, which is very convenient

A 4 minute walk from Malaga Train Station. Lobby was very nice. Great room with awesome views and the location is perfect. Near restaurants, shops, modern mall

Afterwards, they let us stay in a very good sized reception area where we charged up befire travelling again. Reception was friendly enough. The breakfast is alright, theres plenty and theres fruit

There is a lift or stairs ro go up, the reception is 24 hours, they communicate well on ***********, the double room we srayed in is nicely decorated, looks modwrn and very clean

The beddings were very comfortable, we had a good 2 nights sleep here. The room is large and so is the bathroom. Theres a hair dryer a d soap and shampoo provided

I was warned about the noise from the street but none heard during our stay. They let us leave our bags after checkout so we can go around the city

I would have loved a hot breakfast but perhaps too muvh to ask for this type of hotel. I would have loved tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms as well. It is not your basic hotel, it is more than that

Enjoyed a four night stay recently. First time in Malaga and chose hotel for its location. Very central but not main street, so quieter. The continental breakfast (not complimentary but only €5) was more than adequate

Dont expect to be rushed, but why would you when you have live music playing in the morning and comfortable seats to sit and watch the world go by! Such a cool place to stay in a very hip local area of Málaga

Reviewing the restaurant only. The menu is not extensive, but there are plenty of options for most people -- and everything I've tried is quite good! Hard to beat the location along the beach in Pedregalejo

Vil du ta deg en tur inn til Malaga for litt mer pulserende byliv (absolutt å anbefale) så tar det ca 15 min inn med taxi (10-12 euro) og 25-30 min med buss (3-4euro). Stoppestedene er rett i nærheten (2-3 min å gå)

We were drawn here because of the chap playing Spanish guitar in the entrance area. We had a couple of nice coffees here with a pretty outlook to the sea

Great for the price This is a great option near Malaga. There is absolutely nothing near by and there is no place for parking a car securely. Malaga is about 20 mins away and the bus service is good

It was an amazing stay and the workers were so kind and helpful and the location is perfect next to a bus station that takes you to the city center in a round 20 min and there are alot of cool beachs in less than 10 minutes of walking

I had a wonderful few days in this marvelous little hotel! Clean, very well located in a quiet area close to the sea, and easily accessible by public transport to get to the city center or other towns in southern Spain

The room was clean and compact, all staff friendly and helpful. The only downside was the window blind could not be opened fully, and I missed fresh air. however the price , location and staff more than made up for it

The bathroom doesn’t have a curtain. It is a good hygiene but splashing the floor with water is inevitable. The staff is very hospitable and have day and night presence. All in all not all and not less what I expected

Breakfast was not included but for the price it was economical and was ok. The room was Ok with a single bed a little bit pricey but the location is very central it couldn’t have been more central

Well located, very close to the main train and coach station. If you are disabled, this hotel is not friendly for you, almost 15 stairs you need to go up to take the elevator. Amenities fine and very good service.

The location is good to get an early train or head to the airport. The only slight drawback is you have to walk 3/4 minutes to the sister hotel for breakfast

Husband booked it as close to station. It’s a very good, straight forward, no frills budget option. The room was clean and spacious. The guy on the desk was polite and helpful

This hotel is located in the city, so it's a good value for the price, and the parking was good. However, the air freshener smell was so strong in the room that I had to open the window and ventilate the room for a while

I love the diversity of rooms they provide ( we stayed in this time at all floors and room types ) and felt in love with the ones providing a terrase! Super recommend, it’s worth it! The hotel has really nice amenities and little touched like a basic coffee machine ( comes in handy if you need one during the night )

Stayed in Hotel Goartín on 12 May. Arrived early but this was no problem, room was ready and we could occupy it straightaway. Lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful. Room & bathroom very clean, bed comfy

The rooms have a minimal amenity and is more intended as a place you go to at the end of a long day of adventuring in Malaga to enjoy a hot shower with great water pressure and some nice airconditioning to fall asleep in

Very cozy place near the train station, perfectly located next to the Lidl and some restaurants and hairdressers. It’s a quiet part of town but not too far from the city center and the party areas

The beds are firm and soft, the pillow great and the windows easy to open and close. It feels very homey; like you’re staying in the extra room of your friend’s great aunt’s house for a weekend

Hotel is situated around 4-5km from town centre. You can walk around sea front and enjoy beautiful wievs or you can take bus. The bus stop is 5 min walk from hotel. The room was nice, quiet and clean

The staff were really nice and welcoming, and our room was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. We arrived late at night, but they were very accommodating and made sure we knew exactly how to get into the property

This hotel is in a quiet suburb just outside Malaga, which was perfect for a relaxing stay. It’s small and cozy, so it never felt crowded like some of the bigger hotels in the city

Public transport is also not a problem as there is a but stop for Lines 3, 8, 11, & 34 running. Also, if you need to send mail there is a postal box near as well

I was happy for fridge so I could have bought some food. The only problem was that check-in time was only till 4pm and receptionist didn't speak English at all

Comfortable beds so we really enjoyed staying there and the rooftop bar was a bonus with Alex the barman very welcoming but if you are in Malaga in December dress for Winter so we will be back to this hotel again Gracias

Have small bar and have a long arm sofa. It has a separate bath tub and shower room. Bed is comfortable and air conditioning is good, especially in Spain. We just walk from the Train Station with 15 minutes

I stayed at Novotel Suites Center during my trip to Malaga, and I was very satisfied with my experience. The hotel is centrally located and close to the airport, making transportation easy
