very central. very nice people. clean and very comfortable
This hotel is lovely and clean. It's in a great area. Walking distance of restaurants and shopping area. The only problem l encountered wait was particularly hot at night and there is no AC. There was a fan. Otherwise couldn't fault it. Helpful staff.
Very clean, comfortable bed, good location and friendly concierge. Very good value.
Basic lodgings (no food on offer) close to the centre of the city and the train stations. Everyone was very helpful.
The location is good. Getting the smallest and worst room at the back with a view out to the vent shaft, did not make us 2 elderly female pilgrims feel welcome.
Basically an overpriced hostel without free food. Very noisy, uncomfortable beds. Just stay at a hostel or pick a better hotel.
staff really, really helpful, I'm a diabetic and I had a really bad hupo during the night and the lady on the night desk couldn't have been more helpful

A very disappointing experience. The food was very poor. Everything we ordered was either overcooked or just reheated. One particular dish, scallops with ginger, was just a mass of onions with a handful of very poor quality scallops and no ginger. I cannot recommend this restaurant, especially when there are several other highly recommended Chinese restaurants very nearby.

I was here 5 months back and the experience was perfect! Great service and superb meat! Even cheap considering what you get. Today's experience was quite disappointing. Just average meat but price remains same. Difficult to understand this kind of inconsistent quality in one of the most appreciated restaurants in the city. At least I thought so!
