Facilities: The room size was acceptable. However, the hotel's air conditioning was ineffective and noisy. Room 414's window wouldn't close, so the construction noise outside at night was very disruptive. The shower pressure was also quite low.

The staff were very kind and helpful, accommodating us when we arrived late in the night, and giving us detailed recommendations on where to find food, helping us greatly with many other various inquiries.
