Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The cleanliness was very good; both the room and the bathroom were spotless, and housekeeping was done daily. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well, keeping the rooms warm and comfortable.

The location is very central, with easy and fast access to all major attractions by metro and tram, making it very convenient to explore the city.

All the staff, both at the hotel and at the café next door, were very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated that they kept my mother’s medication, which needed to be stored safely, in the staff fridge upon our request, a very kind and thoughtful gesture.

There are a few small areas where improvements could enhance the experience. The rooms lack sufficient storage space, such as wardrobes or drawers, which can be inconvenient for stays longer than one night. There is also no mini fridge, coffee machine, or kettle in the room; however, the lobby offers a free tea machine and paid coffee options, which partly makes up for this.

Breakfast is served at the café next to the hotel and includes one coffee, one sandwich, fruit or yogurt, and juice. It is practical, though somewhat limited.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, especially thanks to the cleanliness, central location, comfortable rooms, and attentive staff.

We are coming back again here, the neighborhood was very safe. The ladies in the reception were very welcoming and friendly, explained everything. Around the hotel is everything you need bus, metro, tram, stores, mall, bakeries, coffee places, and restaurants. The cleaning ladies were very attentive and cleaned everyday. There was complimentary tea and apples, and a coffee and snacks in the hotel to buy at a very convenient price.

Well connected to bus, tram and metro. The area is very safe at night and during the day. The stuff and cleaning team were very nice. They cleaned every day, there was nothing to dislike. We will come again. There is tea and apples for free provided for you every day as much as you like. Also cheap coffee and snacks. 😊

Room was cleaned daily and it was perfect for sleeping. Mattress and pillow were really good.
Service was very helpfull and staff was super nice. Location was really good, in a quiet block close to huge mall. Hotel and area were quiet and safe. Tram and busses left in front of the building and metro in the bext block for quick access to the city center.

Overall, the hotel met our expectations. We did have a couple of minor inconveniences: the shower was leaking and the room felt a bit chilly at times, though the air conditioner compensated for that. Other than that, we were generally satisfied. The staff was decent, the rooms were in good condition, and the location was very convenient. If you’re planning to spend most of your time outside and just need a comfortable place to stay, this is a great option.

Hotel corresponds with its name in relation of its services and the prices in surrounding area. Hotel is well maintained, clean and comfortable. Location is the best, with all that you need in steps distances, café for morning coffee, residential restaurants, convenience shop, pharmacy, laundry, transportations (tram, subway and buses). 15-20 minutes to the beach and shopping mall with many cafes and restaurants. Lobby has some storage for early arrival and reception persons are friendly and helpful, trying to accommodate you as soon as possible. Rooms are a little bit small but clean and cozy. Air condition (noticed that it was recently updated) runs smoothly and quiet. Beds are clean, soft and comfortable. The room doesn't offer a street view, but the window opens to a quiet and safe courtyard, allowing for fresh air and a peaceful atmosphere. To the Hotel Staff, Thank you all for your outstanding work and dedication. Your efforts made my stay truly enjoyable and comfortable. If we ever come back to Barcelona we definitely come back to this hotel.

Nice location, nice room. Got cleaned up on a daily basis if it was wished. The service desk was especially nice, they allowed me to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out and were very friendly :)

If you are looking for an cheap, but clean place for your visit in Barcelona, I can highly recommend this place. Notice, it's just 1 Star, so your expectations shouldn't be so high.

Fantastic place to stay if you want to authentically experience Barcelona. Very clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Tram stop directly outside the hotel for visiting musuems/monuments around the city. 5 minute walk to the beach, shopping centres or anything else you would immediately need on arrival. Will definitely be booking another stay.
