The location is great and convenient; Casa Milà and Casa Batlló are within walking distance. The room was spacious, and the facilities were reasonably new and clean.

The location was great, it was spacious, clean and the best! It was also great that we could all eat together in the kitchen.

Absolutely fantastic! Staying here in Barcelona was so comfortable! The rooms were spacious, and the living room was great! There was a microwave, dishwasher, and they even thoughtfully provided disposable cleaning supplies 🧽, so you could cook something you wanted, and heat up a glass of milk before bed 🥛 – wonderful!

However, there was one drawback. I saw other reviews mentioning an unpleasant odor in the room, which my companion and I also noticed. It wasn't coming from the bathroom, kitchen, or drainpipes. To be precise, it was a foul smell coming from the air conditioning ducts – the kind of stench you see in sewers. We didn't even turn on the air conditioning the first night, but the whole room still smelled terrible. The second and third nights, with the air conditioning on, it was a bit better; the smell wasn't constant, but intermittent. The management might need to check the air conditioning ducts to see if they have any odor-blocking devices installed.

Aside from the room odor issue, everything was great!!

The receptionist was incredibly nice!! I'm so grateful to her for helping me resolve the issue with the main entrance on the first floor. Also, thank you to the gentleman at the phone customer service center; he was incredibly kind and patient in helping me with the door problem. 🙏 If I have the chance, I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Barcelona!

The location is fantastic, right downstairs from Avenida de Grait! The facilities are superb! The room is tastefully decorated, and the sofa and bed are incredibly comfortable – a good night's sleep is the best thing during a trip! This is definitely a great place to stay in Barcelona. Supermarkets are nearby, and the oven and kitchenware were all provided, tempting us to cook our only lavish seafood feast in Spain! The front desk is staffed from 10 AM to 6 PM. Parking is available in the nearby underground parking lot; a €6 discount per day is given after your parking ticket is stamped at the hotel front desk.

The hotel closes at 6:00 PM. The key is in a safe on the first floor, and the password is in your email. The service is quite good, but it's inconvenient because you don't have enough cash at night. You can walk to all the main attractions, which are all within easy reach. It's also very close to the subway station, just a few hundred meters away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The room itself is also quite nice.

The location is excellent, a 5-minute walk from Casa Milà, 15 minutes from Batlló, 5 minutes from the metro, and 1 hour from the airport. There are many buses, making it extremely convenient. The surrounding environment is very nice and stylish. The suite includes cooking facilities (tableware, cookware, capsule coffee machine, and cooking oil are provided) and laundry (laundry detergent is not included). The only drawback is that room services are not included; please confirm this. The front desk closes at 6 PM; they will leave your room key in the locker shown in picture 5 near the elevator, so no need to worry.

The location is close to some of the main tourist’s attractions. There are various restaurants and shops  nearby. The environment seems very safe and quiet!

The room exceeded my expectations. It was clean and equipped with a washing machine and all the necessary kitchen supplies, including disposable oil and seasonings. The kitchen cleaning kit even included laundry detergent, which was very thoughtful! It's said to be a king-size bed, but there's also a 1.6-meter sofa bed outside, which is perfectly spacious for four adults. The location is excellent: it's a 40-minute walk to Parc Güell, a few minutes to Parc Mira, a 10-minute walk to Batlló, a 35-minute walk to Sagrada Familia, and a 30-minute walk to Plaza Catalunya, the market, and the pier. You can easily walk there without getting caught in the sun! It's so convenient for dining and shopping.

The room is not as big as expected, with two bedrooms and a two-person bathroom, but the layout is unreasonable, not as good as an ordinary two-bedroom room. The terrace is not big, and the sofa and recliner on it are too dirty. Kitchenware and laundry equipment are complete. The location is good, there are many restaurants and supermarkets around, and it is close to many attractions and subway stations. The road facing the south is quiet and the scenery is also good. The front desk staff downstairs is very good, and there is plenty of coffee!
The main entrance of the apartment is under construction, there will be noise during the day, and the taxi pick-up and drop-off location will be farther away. There is a subway passing downstairs, and the short roar is more obvious, but fortunately it will not affect the room from 11 pm to 6 am. The mattress is too soft and the support is not enough. The variety of room supplies is average. The hair dryer exploded on the first day, and the whole room tripped. Because there was no staff at night, I could only find the hidden switch in the dark...
The biggest problem: the hotel will directly deduct the fee from the credit card I paid the city tax (without collecting a deposit or pre-authorization), and it will be refunded after a few days after negotiation.
