- There was no ventilation in the bathroom, that is why i could smell mould sometimes. A bit soft mattress.

We stayed in 6 hotels during our time in Spain, and this was one of our favorites for many reasons. We loved the layout of the room, with the toilet/shower separated by a door from the sink to get ready each day. The view was nice, and street noise wasn’t noticeable to us; the window blocked noise very well. We loved that the mini fridge had free soda, water, and snacks, though we would have appreciated nut-free options.
Breakfast was very nice, though if staying many days I'd recommend having breakfast outside of the hotel every few days to have a variety of food. The courtyard to have breakfast was pleasant, and overall the lobby and dining area were quiet, though I’m sure that can vary depending on the guests. I appreciated the free flavored water in the lounge to fill my water bottle. Another recent review states the gentleman working the breakfast needs to relax, I know exactly who they’re referring to. He was very on top of making sure everyone has a nice time, but he was a little annoyed that we didn’t wait for him to set a table for us in the courtyard, (we had no problem setting that up for ourselves, I guess we’re not used to being waited on hand and foot 🙂).
My one suggestion would be to have food labeled with possible allergies, symbols or something would help.
The lobby was fancy and welcoming, the staff was very friendly. They were able to store our luggage the day we checked out, and gave recommendations of where to eat nearby if we asked.
We LOVED the rooftop terrace, so fun and tranquil day and night, other guests were quiet and kept to themselves.

I would stay here again, and highly recommend it!

I had a fantastic stay at Well Come Hotel in Málaga. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. A special thanks to Melania and Roberto, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable with their warm hospitality and helpful recommendations. Highly recommend this hotel for a welcoming and enjoyable experience!

This was a lovely hotel. The staff, especially Camilo and Julie was fantastic. The rooms are clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was good walking distance from everything. I recommend it. It was even nice enough to go up to the rooftop and have a drink

One of the cleanest hotel I have ever seen in most of Europe, and staff at reception and housekeeping were also great. Great location for downtown.
However, you need to choose other options if you are looking for wider rooms or will stay more than 2-3 days. If you are looking for a live venue or sea side of Barcelona , again this is not the right place to stay. By the way, gentlemen who is delivering the breakfast services in the morning should let people to be relax and he should be little bit nicer :-)))

Great location and super friendly staff. It's a nice hotel for inner city but not quite a full 4 star. The rooms are nice and have the basic amenities. Bathrooms a little tired looking. Overall a nice hotel with great access to the metro and sites, but lacks that 4 star hotel quality.

We are delighted to have found this amazing boutique hotel which is located a short distance away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Yet, we felt safe.
Metro and buses are a stone throw away.
Room was very clean and quiet. Staff were all very friendly. It had been a very pleasant stay.

I have stayed in a few different hotels in Barcelona, but none compared to the hotel well and come. The facility, the staff, the location were all so welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Everything was free inside the room, it was not something I saw frequently from a hotel. The rooftop pool was lovely for spending down time. This is easily one of my favorite hotels in this world.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The room was great for two friends traveling together, clean and with everything we needed. We also liked the location, in a great area near lots of attractions and good food, but removed from the most touristy areas. Also all of the staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful - they shared great recommendations in Barcelona and Spain more generally. We’d definitely go back!

Horrible Experience / Avoid this Hotel at ALL COST!
I had the worst experience at this hotel, and I strongly advise others to avoid it. First, we had a power outage that lasted for an hour. The staff did nothing to help or explain the situation. It was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient, especially for a hotel that claims to offer quality service.
The worst part came the following day when my diamond ring was stolen. The hotel staff was completely unhelpful and dismissive. They did not even have the courtesy to understand the gravity of the situation or to review the security camera footage. Their lack of professionalism and empathy was shocking.
I have traveled extensively in Spain and have never had such a terrible experience. This hotel is an absolute disgrace, and I would never recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place to stay.
