Reviews
First of all, the location is unbeatable—it’s literally steps away from Palau Güell and Las Ramblas, making it so easy for my parents to explore without getting tired.
But what truly touched us was Marina’s hospitality. She was incredibly kind and helpful, even allowing us a late check-out so we could visit the sights across the street before heading to our cruise. It made our transition to the port so much smoother and stress-free.
The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and felt like a true home. We enjoyed delicious paella at the local restaurants she recommended. If we ever return to Barcelona, we wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else. Thank you, Marina, for making our family trip so special!
I requested a twin room, but they gave me a double bed…too lazy to change it.
The room was rather small, but the receptionist was very welcoming.
1. The actual room looks very different from the photos.
2. When you turn on the water in the bathroom, it smells like fart.
3. The shower booth in the bathroom is too small, and when you turn on the hot water, the faucet gets too hot, posing a burn risk (synergy effect).
4. The shower booth water flows out, and the bathroom floor is not sloped, so the water flows out of the bathroom.
5. The sound of the water is so loud that you can't talk in the bathroom.
Pros
1. The chandelier and mojito are delicious.
Cons :
1. The actual room looks very different from the photos.
2. When turning on the water in the bathroom, an unpleasant sewage smell comes out.
3. The shower booth is too small, and when using hot water, the faucet gets extremely hot, posing a burn risk (a synergy effect).
4. Water leaks from the shower booth, and due to poor floor drainage in the bathroom, the water flows outside the bathroom.
5. The sound of running water is extremely loud, making it impossible to have a conversation in the bathroom.
Pros:
1. The sangria and mojito taste great.
I booked a place that was ranked in the top 5 by review ratings, but I wonder if Trip.com did a weird job of sorting the places, or if everyone else liked it but we didn't, but this is a hotel I don't want to come back to... no, a motel..
