When we arrived the reception was very helpful
1. The most uncomfortable beds that I have ever seen (pillows/mattress)
2. The bed is tiny, despite having a premium king bed, being 1.85m tall, my feet were hanging.
3. Dirty room with someone else’s hair in the room.

5. Staff didn’t really care about complaints and just told me to write a review so here I am, a simple apology would have solved it, but oh hey, just take it online. 3 stars max!
Good to have a kettle in the room, and an aged fridge.
Believe this is 2.5-3 star hotel and would not recommend for its price as there are better options for same or slightly higher prices.
