We stayed here for 4 nights and were very happy. Everyone was friendly, food was great, room was great. We got there early and couldn’t check in yet so we walked around for a while then ended up having a cocktail at a place a few doors down, we went back to check and see if our rooms were ready and they weren’t yet but 20 minutes later they came over to the restaurant we were at to let us know they were ready, and I thought that was going above and beyond.

Had a fantastic 4-night stay at Gallery Hotel. Roberta at the front desk was an absolute MVP and deserves a raise. She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Despite a busy and fully booked week, she remembered me and that personal touch is wonderful to have while travelling.
I was staying in a separate room from family and she made sure we were on the same floor. Also got us an early check in and received a free upgrade (paid with Amex so might have been a perk).
Originally I only booked for 3 nights, but wanted to stay an extra night to be with the fam. Roberta sorted that out and even helped me keep the same room and quoted price.
Room itself was comfortable. King bed was medium firm and pillows were plush. Internet speed is decent. Also had robes and slippers. Wardrobe was a decent size with drawers, safety deposit box, and mini fridge. Room came with a complimentary bottle of water. The rest of the snacks aren’t free. Laundry service available for a fee, but it seemed pricey so didn’t use it.
Bathroom had shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Tub is big enough to have a nice bath in.
Booked a 1 hr private sauna session and it was amazing. The space is calm and relaxing. It looks like you can fit four in there, but comfortably I’d say 2-3 max.
Only suggestion I have is to add a tissue box in the bedroom area. Maybe larger cups for hot water/tea.
There’s citrus flavoured water in the lobby and filtered water available at the gym on the 6th floor.
Upstairs rooftop area was usually busy with a conference so didn’t use it much.
It’s on the pricey side but you get what you pay for so I’d say worth it if you want to treat yourself.

Very nice Hotel conveniently located next to the best shopping and eating in all of Barcelona..
Spent a week here while visiting Barcelona and we're very pleased with the facilities and the room.
Staff from the start were amazing and very helpful. Very kind. Always willing to help when you needed it.
The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds very nice. Soft clean sheets, pillows and comforters. Water kettle, espresso machine. Nice T.V. lots of channels.
Bathroom is big with a large tub. Towels soft/ fluffy...
Just nothing negative to say. The on-site restaurant serves some great food. Rooftop bar is very nice in the evening.

I feel a hotel stay can make or break your entire holiday, and the Gallery hotel indeed MADE our holiday exceptional. We spent 5days/4nights here and had an incredible time. The staff were so hospitable, intuitive and welcoming. With our young children they even offered much support to us and were readily available for random requests even late into the night/morning. The interiors are stunning, including the dreamy couch in the lobby. I cannot recommend this place enough. We had an interior room and truly didn’t miss the views or fresh air as we thought we would, the room was well air conditioned and very comfortable. Lastly this location is fantastic, most place are 5-20 minutes walking distance and great restaurants, cafes and gelato near by. Again please consider staying here! You won’t regret it

The location is unbeatable and very convenient, but the check-in time is not ideal. We arrived at 12:00 and were told check-in was at 4:00, with no confirmation on whether it could be earlier. Breakfast was decent, with limited options but good quality. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The rooftop pool is quite small, suitable for children to play in.

The best thing about this hotel was the location. Everything was literally a 5 to ten minute walk from the hotel. Staff was very lovely and accommodating!

For this price, the stay experience is not particularly amazing. Although the room is not small, the bed is a bit awkward to sleep on, and the layout and facilities are also average. Compared with hotels of the same price in Italy and Switzerland during my travels, the experience is relatively poor. Fortunately, the location is not bad, just near Thanksgiving Avenue.

Good location, Casa Mila and Casa Batlló are within walking distance, there is a subway station about 150 meters away, and Sagrada Familia is 2 subway stops away. The hotel is clean and tidy
