The hotel consisted of different places and addresses which was confusing! The lady that helped us at the one address was rude and at first wouldn't let us leave our suitcases since we had arrived early. It wasn't until I showed her an email that said we could leave our suitcases early, that she let us do so.
We won't be staying there again!

Great location. Modern, clean, excellent cleaning service. Definitely recommend. My aunt stayed there and she recommended it. It was a super hit. I am coming back and staying there again in a couple of weeks

Ultimate location,plentiful pubs cafes,resturants around and off course a glipse of sargada familia is always infornt of you.very nice and polite staff ,very clean room with all the toiletries, free cofee ,tea all day long,room size is a bit small though,but fairly comfortable for solo traveler.i will definitely come back here Nd recommend this hotel specially for the first time visitor

The all technology approach to checking in and keys was difficult. To top it off after many emails before we arrived, demanding information and payment of the city tax, the night clerk woke us up at 1:30 AM saying we hadn’t paid and he demanded we come downstairs and pay at that moment.

Great location, 2min away to Sagrada Familia. Safe neighborhood, super convenient to public transit, bus, metro, and even 5-10 min bus to airport bus station. Staff are working friendly and efficiently.

Great location for visiting Barcelona, two blocks from the cathedral. Easy to walk to all the attractions.

Good Clean Hotel at Great Location
Ideal for short stay, great location and helpful staff. A little noisy at night with the traffic outside if your room is facing that way. Clean room, limited TV channels.
