We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Hotel Ginebra! We chose this hotel because of its location in the center of Placa de Catalunya. It is near all mass transit. A pleasant surprise was the helpful staff. Everyone went out of their way to accolade and help us with any questions we might have had. We felt safe, welcome and loved the feel of this hotel in the heart of Barcelona!

This hotel is fantastic, Yvonne and her team were brilliant and so very friendly, nothing was a problem and so safe. It is smack bang in the city centre and perfect location, have booked again for later in the year

Got upgraded to a double with view. It was so nice to be able to sit on my little balcony while and see the square while i had my breakfast. Attentive staff who are happy to help solve any issues. 5 stars.

BED BUG ALERT!
Location and hospitality was great. Thanks to reception team. But we stayed in the room 106 and came back home with bedbugs :(
We thought that hotel was economic for Barcelona, but now we spend more than 5 star stay to get rid of bugs. Dios mio!

Let’s start with a great location. Just where you want to be to see everything. Heaps of restaurants and cafes to choose from all within 500m from your door. The rooms were huge which was a nice surprise for Europe. We had an enclosed balcony which was great to sit and have a drink in and watch the world go by. With a bit of work this place could be pretty cool. Overall not too bad.

You are paying for the excellent location of this place, not for its aesthetics. Comfort-wise, it was alright but the room was very dark and the lights were not bright. The room was very small too but otherwise it was decently clean enough. I like that they provided a kettle but the water was hard. Also did like that they have a pretty good hairdryer, which was a savior for my thick hair after my shower during the cold mornings.

The hotel has a fantastic location, right next to the square. The staff are warm, friendly, and very polite. The rooms, though small, are fully equipped and have separate entrances, making them very safe. This is a highly recommended hotel.

The location was truly excellent. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. There was a tea and coffee machine in the room, and complimentary tea and coffee were provided. Staying in a historic building in Barcelona was a delightful experience. We had a room with a view, and everything was very clean. I will definitely choose this place again when I return.

Hotel is located in a historical building. Situated at level 3. Access is by using keys (haven't had those for a while). They will provide 3 keys. Gate at entrance, door at level 3 & your room key.

Good location. Very convenient. Especially from the airport, just get on the Aerobus, which will take about 30mins bus ride & another 5mins walk to get to the hotel.
