I didn't have any problems during my visit, The views from the top was lovely, the breakfast buffet on the 24th had Dual sided views of both the Sea and City. The bed was super duper Comfy. Pretty restaurant downstairs, fantastic cocktails at the upstairs restaurant/bar, terrific spa amenities & especially staff. My experience would have been different without access to the Level Lounge on the 25th floor, but it made all the difference once I discovered that it functions as a VIP version of the front desk...

The hotel's location and surrounding area are excellent. It's incredibly convenient for dining and shopping, and most major attractions are within walking distance. The hotel service is exceptional, and the staff are extremely friendly! Very satisfied!

I stayed here during a 3-day, 2-night trip to Barcelona. The location was great, just a 5-minute walk from Casa Batllo and about 20 minutes from Sagrada Familia, so most of the major tourist attractions were within walking distance. The location of the hotel is very close to Passeig de Gràcia, the famous shopping boulevard where two of the Gaudi houses are also located. Rooms were clean. Breakfast had many selections.

The hotel was welcoming, clean, and in a great location, offering excellent value for money and making for a wonderful travel experience. However, the rooms were small, and the toiletries were very basic.
