The room was nice, and the front desk staff could communicate in English, which was a big plus. The room itself was quite good. The room was great! My Visa card suddenly stopped working when I was trying to pay for a taxi, and the hotel security guard was so kind to cover the cost for me. He also helped me with my heavy luggage and provided excellent service with a constant smile throughout.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this place genuinely felt unsafe. There's a huge bar downstairs and another one on the 10th floor. The hotel is conveniently located, everything is within walking distance. The staff is friendly. It's important to note that the spa is an additional fee and is accessible to children over 14 (I don't remember exactly). But most importantly, it's not allowed with small children. I recommend it for a stopover; it's also suitable for walks.
