The location is very convenient, about a 10-minute walk to Passeig de la Ville. The bed is king-size, larger than most Barcelona hotels. Great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, tables in the common areas were sometimes a bit dirty, the shower water could be inconsistent, and the hairdryer was broken.

This was the best experience ever for me in hostels. Location is as good as you can imagine - restaurants of all types, ATMs, metro, laundry in on step and beach in near location. Hostel personnel are polite and helpful. There was air conditioning in lobby and rooms.

The location and space were good, but the air conditioner in our room was broken. When we moved to another room, the toilet wouldn't flush. Fortunately, the staff were very helpful; they helped us move to a different room, fixed the showerhead, and after manually emptying the toilet tank to flush, it worked normally. If it weren't for the air conditioning issue, it would be quite good.

This is an excellent hotel in a great location. It is close to the vibrant restaurant, tapas, and pintxos food bar area. Great staff and service experience in all interactions. An eco-friendly approach is integrated into their servicing and environmental management. San Sebastian is a fantastic place to visit. When I return, I will not look elsewhere for a place to stay.
